As good as this site is, it’s totally ridiculous that they are making people pay over £80 for 4 months! There is no option to pay for just a month or monthly. Only 4 month package or annual. Do better.

Our daughter found this very helpful with her GCSEs and A levels. It’s a great resource for testing her knowledge.

Both my sons found Seneca very useful when revising for their A levels. My youngest got 4 A grades.
I forgot to cancel the membership after my youngest finished his A levels, but Seneca refunded the money straight away.

This is a fantastic additional tool to help with GCSE's. The Mini Mocks are superb.

Seneca is mid. Too much work to get a new level and it stresses students out because my teachers give a lot of homework on Seneca.

Great resources and a boost to my daughter's GCSE preparation.

This is so crap!! I can’t believe I just paid £50 for 4 months and only got a handful of practice questions per topic in science!! It’s a scam!! Save your money don’t use them !!

This has been a great support for our son and ourselves during a difficult period.

Olivia who has dealt with all my technological queries and faux Pas has been an absolute star ⭐. Nothing is too much trouble, extremely prompt at responding to any queries and not making me feel like a nuisance.

This website is extremely terrible and troubling to young people.It doesn't provide helpful learning to children, instead leaves them stressed.

My son used Seneca and it was a great help with his revision. Also when we had a customer service question it was dealt with quickly and helpfully.

Got Auto-Subscription cancelled and issued refund as soon as I have sent them an email.

Seneca was a great tool for my son. User experience for parents is also great - I hadnt been able to cancel the subscription before it auto-renewed. I got in touch with the contact centre and they promptly issued a refund. Must confess - dont see that kind of a nice behaviour from many large companies

The best app / web app for studying, full of questions, answers, AI tools to help and much more... Have fun with it

Very poor service for 1:1 tutoring. Requested a call back to arrange maths tuition and not had a response. Does not bode well for the quality or efficiency of the tutoring service.

Seneca why? Cram Mode was the most accurate and reliable source of revision I had. It alone had literally jumped my grades from 6/3 to 7s and 9s. I had even told my peers to use it and it boosted their grades from 5s/ 3s to 8s! But now it had been limited to 20 questions. I used to do over 100 in one sitting, as it is called CRAM. I actually am willing to pay for exam boost, if it is at the promised price at £12.99 and not over £50, I have exams in a month. I simply do not need it for 4 months. Until then, best believe I will be constantly emailing for updates until 1) cram mode is restored to its former glory or 2) I have the option to pay exam boost for only a month.

There is such a wealth of information and study aids available on the Seneca platform. It's useful for those learning at school as well as those studying at home.
