My son used Seneca Learning for GCSE revision and found it to be really useful. We upgraded to premium after he had used the basic package in school. He liked using the mini mocks and the fact there was a variety of options for revision resources.

The customer service was also really good.

Easy to use, large selection of courses and very useful when the school uses it too!

My daughter got on really well with the Seneca system, I would totally recommend it to others.

From my side it was easy to sign up and cancel the account once done (although by way of some constructive feedback - it would have been easier if it could be done via the parental login rather than the child's login)

My son found Seneca a really effective and useful resource for his GCSE preparation and he hopes this has helped keep him on track to achieve his grades.

I also found the customer service fantastic. I failed to cancel the subscription at the end of my sons GCSEs and they very kindly refunded the charge without a quibble!

This revision app is brilliant. It is easy for note-taking and ensuring you retain information. I bought premium to make use of the full app, but after my a levels, forgot to cancel the subscription. When I emailed in, they replied around 20 minutes later. Amazing customer service.

Very good and when I needed a refund it was very quick and convenient!

Seneca has been super helpful for my children’s studying/ revision. We upgraded from the basic provided by school to the premium so that we could utilise the site more fully. They are also very responsive as a company and if we ever had an issue or query they responded immediately which made the experience very personable rather than feeing like you’re dealing with AI!!

Seneca has helped me with my A-level exams this year with excellent learning resources and a method of studying that makes it feel more entertaining than others. I paid for Seneca premium and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to ace their exams - but even without premium Seneca remains a valuable revision tool and I can't recommend it enough.

Great learning platform and customer service. My daughter found it very helpful and intuitive. I noticed her confidence in approaching exams. Customer service also excellent and very responsive.

It is really good for studying and i have mostly used it for studying science however every single time i click on anything like a subject or topic it goes blank or white on the page and i have to refresh always(This slows down studying) and this has been so persistent

Three months ago I’ve purchased 3 months access to seneca premium and guess what? yesterday they charged me for another reneval without my permission or request, just rised the issue with credit card provider, the companies with so unethical practices should disappear from the market, full stop! Update… Olivia from Seneca, just sent me an email confirming refund, thank you, however hiden automatic renewal should not be allowed at any point.

I first stumbled upon Seneca during Covid and it was brilliant then for providing me with quizzes and activities for my students. Since then I have made use of it continuously but most recently I signed up for the Exam boost 4 month revision programme for my son in Year 11. He had access to all his subjects and found the revision content and quizzes super helpful for reinforcing his knowledge. Highly recommend this app as a super revision resource for all school phases.

As good as this site is, it’s totally ridiculous that they are making people pay over £80 for 4 months! There is no option to pay for just a month or monthly. Only 4 month package or annual. Do better.
