Super fast ein easy way to sell your books. Customer service was super helpful when my order couldn’t be located for a while.

I sent 6 books in one box. Securely taped for safety. World of books said they were reviewing them and after one week marked 3 books as "Not Received". This was not possible. They received them all or none at all.

So far so good.

My first experience of WoB Sell Your Books was very positive. The process was simple from start to finish, with the parcel being collected by DPD and the money in my account within the payment deadline. Emails from WoB kept me informed of progress at each stage.

I am getting ready to move and needed a place to take my nicer books besides the local thrift shop. I scanned a whole shelf of books with two different book selling sites. I received an outstanding offer from World of Books for many of them so it was easy to decide which books to sell and which books to donate locally. Shipping was easy and I was paid very quickly.

BETTER THAN HAVING TO DRIVE TO THE LIBRARY!

NOW after 15 years of working with them on the old model, I am giving up. I have just spent 2 hours putting together, boxing up and preparing to send off a box of about 20 books for c. £6.70. When I hit sell after I had done all this, the value was reduced to £4.41. Since the company has gone to an AI mode - much more difficult to get in touch - it has gone down a precipice and will not survive. I have given a number of 5 star reviews in the past but this is the end. I am not wasting my time recycling to be treated like an idiot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Also, the website is now over-complex and causes other problems which, frankly I can't be bothered to go into as I have already wasted enough time on this company which has clearly has the modernisers in to wreck it.

Very easy to sell some used art books. Good prices and easy shipping instructions.

I sent my book. It was denied, and I received no payment nor did I get my book back. There is no explanation and no one to talk to. Very bad experience, basically my book was stolen with no explanation as to why it wasn’t accepted. And when I mailed it, it was a brand new book.

The process was easier than I thought, I am not that computer savy, and was able to work out how to put a parcel in the post it box to be picked up. World of books kept in contact with what was happening and when I could expect my money. Would use again.
