However, in truth, the number of available extra labels (beyond the one issued) is based on the number of books in the selling transaction. I eventually received this information after several customer service emails, considerable time researching the website and app, and several attempts with the AI chat.

After I factored in the price for the shipping box, gas to take it to be shipped,the payout for the books was a little less than hoped for. However, I do appreciate the option to sell back books that might otherwise end up in a landfill.

I will never use these guys again
I will never use these guys again. The 2 most expensive books that I was selling were 'conveniently' not accepted. They said that one was rejected because it didn't meet their acceptance criteria even though it was near new when I sent it. For the other, they said they didn't receive it even though I verified it was in the shipment before sending it. I tried to contact them to resolve the issue, but the only way is through "Live Chat" that wasn't live. Very disappointed in this experience.
