terrible company that offers contracts with electricity compoanies

terrible company that offers contracts with electricity companies.
When you think you are talking to Endesa they try to give you a contract by recording your voice without telling you it s Repsol or another company.
It happened twice to me and took a lot of effort to correct later

Marta was so sorry about the accident…

Marta was so sorry about the accident happened today! The company cut off power of electricity.
But she use the nice words to apologise so much thant she’d her best to make me feel better and she make the incident more acceptable. Nice ! Thank you Marta nice presentation👍
