Completely overpriced

I got the tickets for the gig I wanted but at over twice the price. And then when u print the tickets u see how much they were originally bought for and it's very disheartening and u feel totally screwed over. I know it's our own decision to pay the money but I don't think I'd even check seatwave again.

I arrived at the venue to find it had …

I arrived at the venue to find it had changed and by the time I got to the re-assigned venue it was over. I tried to ring for a refund and no number was answered and I cant find a contact e-mail anywhere!

Great company

Great company , great customer service as we had been contacted due to a change from seated tickets to standing tickets and the call service got me a reduced price for the tickets because of the change from the seller A1

Please make ONE MAJOR CHANGE!!

A favourite site among touts for making quick, easy money at the expense of true fans. This site would get a 5 star rating from me instead of only 3 if only there was a rule making the sellers sell the tickets for face value or less, not €100 or more over the face value price. As of now, the prices for tickets on this site are ridiculous, I really hope that ticketmaster and seatwave will fix this and make it a fair site for people that legitimately can’t go to a gig to sell their tickets and give another fan the chance.

I would not recommend seat wave as it is branded and sold to the unsuspecting user as ticketmaster site and legitimate. Ticketmaster who have already made a profit from selling an event which apparently is not enough they want to tout tickets on top.

It is scandalous the fact when people search for ticketmaster they are brought to your touting site with the same look and feel as your legitimate site. This shows this is 100% the intention to fool and scalp the public.

It is not only immoral but illegal in many jurisdictions.

I had provided this feedback when seat wave contacted me and ask in my feedback would I get a response which I did not.

instead I have received an additional spam email looking for feedback.

Let's see if you actually have interest and respond this time.

On occasion Ticketmaster may offer customers the option to visit Seatwave when the tickets you are searching for aren’t available or the event is sold out entirely. When you click on the link it then shows that you are being redirected to the Seatwave website and also explains that tickets may vary from the face value - we also always show the face value during the checkout process.

broken activation code

Please please help I’ve ordered tickets and the activation code didn’t work on the email.. concert is very soon and I can’t access tickets

Perfect

Both times I have bought from Seatwave have been perfect. I was really very nervous, wondering if I’d get the tickets, and even Would i be let in on the night (yes a little anxious). I had to contact Seatwave due to a log in issue and a lovely member of staff explained the whole system to me and put me at ease. The tickets worked out perfect with no issues and I really enjoyed both concerts!! Thanks Seatwave!!

While this is a very secure and easy way to get tickets the fact that it's a sister company of ticket master means you get absolutely screwed for ticket prices I paid almost double what the ticket was worth face value so these money grabbing tight sods are actually as such touting tickets. So in effect ticket master gain from the sale twice. Ok u can argue they're selling on behalf of a client but effectively it's touting but they use a clever loophole in the law to facilitate it. Never buy from them again, especially as you're charged a handling fee and they profit twice

The prices of tickets are set by their individual seller at the price they want to sell the ticket for. Sellers will often compete with each other to sell their tickets – so you can take advantage of the best price at the time of purchase.

Never again will I involve my self in this glorified ticket touting scandal.

Was forced to use Seatwave because the Ticketmaster tickets were "unavailable".

Otherwise I wouldn't touch the service with someone else's bargepole.

Bought some tickets for my dad to see …

Bought some tickets for my dad to see his favourite band The doobie brothers support Steeley Dan at the o2. The tickets arrived as they should've and with a note saying the seats had been upgraded. When he arrived at the venue though the seats were the worst he had ever had. He couldn't see half of the band and it ruined the night.
