Far too expensive. Double the original admin fee is a scam.

I booked the tickets as a Christmas present and the tickets were uploaded in plenty of time for wrapping.

We got great seats to a sold out show for face value and with no hassle. Just bought online. I was very happy.

I went on seateave by mistake thinking it was ticket master, I was worried just Incase the tickets I got would be used by seller & my daughter might not get to see the concert. But thankfully everything went well on the night . If it someone you really want to see & tickets are sold out yes I would recommend seatwave

Excellent service! An easy to navigate website very clear and concise with a handy step by step guide to purchasing and downloading tickets, would highly recommend and I have!

Very easy to use. printed the E ticket and my wife and the youngest son went off to see his first concert, great seats and a good time had by all.will use again for sure.

Purchased seating tickets and when seller uploaded the tickets they were in fact standing tickets. Annoyed on so many levels however appears seatwave has no control over what the seller is advertising is in fact as advertised. A series of phone calls ensued with seatwave with me eventually getting the tickets the morning of the concert having purchased two weeks in advance. Use in desperation only and prepare yourself to be let down / stressed before you get your tickets! Previous experience with them the seller refused to upload their tickets! Buyer beware

Great experience using seatwave in Ireland - I bought my tickets, printed it off and attended such a great event. Had the option not been available, I would have missed out!

Bought tickets on Seatwave. They "gauranteed" to deliver to me before the event. The tickets never arrived and upon investigation they were actually never originally available. I wasted money on flights and hotels, and I missed the concert because of Seatwave. They refuse any form of compensation. Also they refuse to provide a telephone number to speak with a manager. No response to my messages. Terrible company, never buy from Seatwave. You have been warned. Search online, thousands of complaints already poated about this pathetic company. AVOID.

UPDATE: so Seatwave have replied to my first message here with a FALSE reply and statement. Their reply says that I received tickets I purchased which is totally wrong! They can't even get replies on Trust Pilot correct. Here is one of the actual emails I got from someone in their service team. They still refuse to compensate the money we have lost because of them:

We can confirm that the correct complaints process is to email the Disputes Team as you’ve done on this occasion. The Disputes Team aren’t available on the phone; this is because we want to keep an accurate written record of your complaint to make sure this is fully and fairly investigated.

I’m really sorry that we haven’t been able to get replacement tickets for you.

We know it’s really disappointing not to get tickets and this is why when we look for replacement tickets we only source from the available listings of our sellers who have a proven sales history and who have tickets in hand and ready to dispatch straight away – we don’t want to let you down again by getting replacements only to find the seller of these doesn’t receive them in time to get them to you. I never received my tickets and I lost money on the flights and hotels we booked for the event. ITS A VERY SIMPLE FACT. Avoid using Seat Wave.

SECOND UPDATE: You can see another response from SeatWave here now. They respond quickly on this site here because it is in the public eye, but they do not respond when we contact them directly. They are a terrible operation and should be avoided. We have contacted The Consumer Protection Commission and will take action.

We got the tickets of TOTO in vicar street from Seatwave! When I can’t get the tickets from anywhere else! The customer service of Seatwave from Twitter was really helpful! It was an amazing concert! Loved every moment! Thank you!

Not bad - but agency fees are a joke.

I was dubious before booking & looked at lots of reviews but went to Matilda on April 6th & everything went great. Paid a premium rate for 3 tickets but was delighted to get that date & it all went seamlessly. I’d book again.Thanks

Ok not gonna lie i was sh*ting myself about buying these tickets . My girlfriend is OBSESSED with Little Mix and i was unable to buy tickets for their show in November on Ticketmaster so i opted for a sister site!
I got the tickets , one of which was ripped and a bit faded. But i was optimistic!
When i gave them to her she was sooo happy until i told her i didnt get them from Ticket Master its self!
Months before the actual show she was like
" im gonna kill you if there fake!"
Needless to say the day finally arrived she was excited but still nervous that they could possibly be fake! Haha
So we got to the Arena
Q' d up....
I laughed and said
" imagine they are fake and don't scan!?"
Got to the guy with the scanner...
And they didn't scan!!!

All i could think was " im dead" but

After a few trys..it scanned and we had an amazing night !! Haha
I would defo recommend seat wave. I had no issues whatsoever and tho they were a bit more expensive... Everything went well and she had a ball!!

Easy, fast, reliable ordering of sold out tickets..

I was able to buy lil.mix tickets for.my daughters though seatwave when all.other outlets and ticket sellers were sold out .the price I paid was excellent for the tickets I bought.thanks a very satisfied customer

Seatwave is super, i didn't know much about this site until I went looking for tickets which were sold out. I didnt know they were sold out as I was redirected to Seatwave. Very easy to use and FAQ section is excellent. A lot of people I know had not heard about Seatwave and I have recommended it to all my friends.

So easy to use, when i lost all hope in getting tickets to see John Bishop seatwave came to the rescue and the seats were really good!

I was lucky enough to get 4 standing tickets to a sold out show. However, we did not expect a charge for commission to be tacked on to the original price. This made the tickets quite expensive but the show was worth it. I would probably buy from Seatwave again if I was stuck and really wanted tickets.
