Excellent service experience

Excellent Source for Supplies
Variety of tools is fantastic, the indication of quantity "in stock" is very helpful, and delivery was very good. In addition, there is a 30-day return policy, with a quick response with courtesy. What more can anyone ask? Thank you Seattle Pottery.

Thank you very much Seattle pottery. I needed to tell you that the Clay actually showed up. I was gonna email you, but I will tell you here. The glaze got delivered earlier and I received a notice that had said the Clay wasn't coming until November 6 (six days later), so if you did something to make that happen faster thank you very much. I love your clay and glazes.

Spoke to live person to get more info on Stroke and Coat glaze I planned to buy. Very helpful. Box arrived to NC in less than a week! Love the glaze and appreciate that I could buy 8oz and 16oz bottles. Gave me the chance to have a much wider selection of colors.
