Looking for tickets on the web site was easy and straight forward, receiving the tickets went well, 2 sets of tickets were received very quickly, third set arrived just days before the race. I was a little concerned about the third set, but, they did arrive. Seats were as expected. Could not load my tickets to my google wallet, not sure why, my kids could load theirs on their apple wallet. I do wish that you could know the exact position of your seat before you purchase them. Over all very satisfied

I called Seatgeek because I had received a 20% off email that I couldn’t get to apply to my checkout for tickets to Titans at Colts. I was instructed how to apply it, but it didn’t work. I called back and was told it couldn’t be applied because the purchase was final. I was instructed again and the 20% was added to my parking pass which was only $5. I would appreciate if you can somehow give me a credit for the $25 that I missed on the tickets that I purchased. Thanks Dwight Moore

Getting the seats was easy
Getting the seats was easy, finding where the tickets were was difficult as on was on the event page and it did not explain the tickets were on seat geek, but once the tickets were found everything was smooth from there.
