L on the wrong side - great besides that
We received the sofa with the L on the wrong side.
But we feel it is too much time & effort to have another one delivered, and a waste of product.
Apart from that we are very happy with our new couch.
Since the customer service is excellent, I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

A beautiful and comfortable sofa
A beautiful and comfortable sofa for a good price. Delivery went well despite our living in a building with a narrow staircase and no elevator.

Our sofa experienced a problem. From reporting it to detirmining a replacement is needed it took 3 hrs.
Customer agent Fanny deserves a hefty raise at least!
Some companies in the industry should learn how it is done and in the end, customer will not change the supplier based on this truly amazing experience!

Sofa looks really great, staff is very helpful, delivery was well done and installation was quite easy. As improvement, recommend to reduce the photoshop on the website: The color looks quite different from real life sofa. Also, we can only order 1 piece of sofa fabric at time. It can change colors depending on the lightning and color settings on different devices, therefore it can be difficult to get the colors exactly right. That's one reason why we have the fabric samples so you can get them home and see them in real life.
On our website you can order up to 5 fabric samples at a time.

100% incompetent company
100% incompetent company. Ordered sofa (not cheap) was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 week after second week I called to ask when is it coming been told that they waiting for one modul of the sofa so full sofa can be send. Guess what I got delivered today?! Half of sofa after waiting for so long. Even took day off so I can be home to get the sofa.
Been on constant chat and phone conversations with the support while all this time just so this doesn't happen. Do yourself a favour and buy your sofa elsewhere, it's not like this is any wow quality anyway.

We are sorry to hear that you don't recommend anyone else to buy their sofa with us. We always do our best to support and deliver a five star experience.
We totally understand that you are upset. As we informed you about on email, unfortunately one of your packages got lost on the way home to you. Of course we wanted you to get the delivery as soon as possible which was the reason why we told Bring to deliver the 2 packages they had and placed the new order on the other module.
Once again we're sorry and we hope (and believe!) that you will be happy when you have both of the sofa modules at your house and that these two weeks of extra waiting will be forgotten <3
