Products are perhaps good but terrible customer service. My order had to arrive 10 days ago, I did not receive any delay notification. I wrote them.twice already asking about the order and no reply, 10 days passed since my first try to contact them
Worst company to buy furniture from. Bought a bed for 16000 kr which came far from what it advertised and extremely poor quality. Been emailing back and forth with you to send this bed BACK and to get our money BACK. You keep on answering small specific things in the emails instead of just taking your responsibility as a company, to acknowledge the videos and pictures we’ve sent of the bed where you clearly see the faults, apologise for the inconvenience and help us to send it back. You want us now, after a month, to pay you extra money if we want to send it back. Not only the shipment, but another fee on top of that. After keeping us here with an unwanted bed for a MONTH, and keeping our money, YOU should come and pick it up with no extra fees. We tried to do it the right way from the beginning and would have sent it back immediately. Since it’s not resolving we’re now involving ARN and hoping to get our full refund and compensation for this wasted time.

Worst customer support ever!
I received a coffee table that was broken in half inside the package, and it injured me when I unpacked it. It took them 2 months to finally pick it up!
Long version: I ordered the VERA coffee table from Soffadirekt. It came in a wooden palette, which I assumed would protect it. My friend and I carefully brought it to our apartment entrance and unpacked it outside. As soon as I removed the wooden cage, the table—already broken—split in half and fell on my shin and foot.
We reached out to their lousy customer support, and it was a nightmare from there. Every email we sent took a week for them to reply. The broken table sat at our front door for two months! That was a great advertisement for Soffadirekt in front of our guests and our neighbors! They even had the nerve to ask us to bring it back to the street level ourselves for the return, even though we had already unpacked it. When we asked them to arrange a pickup from the apartment entrance, they refused, saying they “don’t do that.”
After two months of back-and-forth nonsense, we finally dragged the table down to the street ourselves so the courier could pick it up.
Moral of the story:
1. Don’t buy this crappy table from Soffadirekt: VERA Soffbord 140 Marmor Brun
2. If you do buy from them, good luck getting any help from their customer support!
Oh, and yes, we’ve already filed a complaint with Konsumentverket.
The first delivery we got was unfortunately damaged, but I want to mention how fast and responsive the customer support was. The issue was sorted in a matter of days and I'm happy with the newly arrived product.
Definitely recommend. Thank you CS team.
