Did not do a subscription. Bought the 3 bottles in December, took a couple of days and they made me nauseous. Stopped taking them. See a charge on my card for more pills January. Tried to cancel and it won't let me. I specifically said no to a subscription when I placed the first order. I pressed one-time buy. BEWARE! DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!

Just Horrible !!! My experiance started back in November when I placed my initial order...instantly got a allergic reaction so I contacted info@scam and they never replied in the email I also included to remove me from any future subscriptures if applicable to my order and to please advise on how to return/refund order. With Nov/Dec crazyness I lost track to stay on them next thing you know, I get an alert saying they stole (info@scam) more money for a subscription, I immediantely email (info@scam) to cancel order considering they have NOT sent it yet>>>well they still sent it with delayes in responding to my email saying "make for the product to arrive and then start the refund process, Im like save us both time and stop it now." Literally to reason I only purchase from AMAZON.

As with everyone else they keep taking my money and tried to cancel and get Fin the AI bot who said he would cancel the subscription I never signed up for yet another payment came out. From reading everyone else’s reviews it looks like I will have to cancel my credit card so annoyed and yet they keep advertising!!

This company scams you and gives absolutely no response to your inquiries.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased 2 bottles of Sculptique Oct, 2025. I never received the product. I have emailed the company numerous times. Initially I was told the shipping warehouse was backed up and to be patient. Still received nothing. Weeks later I reached out again requesting a refund for a product I never received. I was told I would receive it within 10 days. Never happened. In my experience, this company is a complete scam. Buyer beware!

WARNING! This company sets up a digital account number from your credit card. This means that even if you change your credit card number, they can charge your new card.
SCAM COMPANY. (So many of them now.) They auto ship and auto bill without permission

BUYER BEWARE! same experience as the others! they keep sending products as a higher price than before! can't cancel. I have disputed charge. Sent email to cancel no response contacting attorney today I don't plan to ever buy on FB again!

Cannot cancel subscription. Please help. They do not reply to my email requests to cancel.

This company is running a scam. There is no way to cancel except for email - the only way to contact them and they don’t reply. I signed up for a buy two get 1 free and within less than 30 days was sent another order of one bottle for the same price I paid for three. I DID NOT subscribe as I wasn’t sure the product would work. Rather the product does not work and has actually created a health complication for me. I have no idea how I’m gonna get them to stop billing me, but apparently I am not alone as there is a lot of customer complaint information on the web.

I try cancel my subscription so many times and they still take my money ! Please stop you gone bankrupt me !!! Nowhere i can find cancel subscription someone please help !!!

I'd like to say I've had a positive experience but I haven't. I ordered one bottle and the next thing you know they are charging me for another one the next month. I didn't agree to a subscription. I've tried to call (but no phone number available) and I've sent many emails. There is no response whatsoever. I've had to cancel my card to stop this. BEWARE! Be very careful.

1. I never approved a "subscription". I wanted one bottle to try not to get it again this month. Below are the notes I sent to the email address that was indicated to use.
1. I didn’t order this again. Please cancel and refund payment.

2. I would appreciate an answer as to how to cancel this. I didn’t want to receive more that one bottle of the Lymphatic Drainage Capsules and would then make a decision after that. I’m not finding anywhere I can cancel and need to know how to proceed. Thank you.
3.Frustration. Please answer me now. I want to cancel the below subscription and am not able to do it. Either give me directions of how to do it (and not a wild goose chase) or I’ll take this to the next step. NOW!!!

As with the others I have been unable to cancel a subscription that I never signed up for. What is going on and what steps can I take to stop this? Cancel my card???? BEWARE of this company.

Ordered once and tried to cancel my subscription and have now emailed multiple times as well as contacted on social with no reply. I now have six months supply at an expensive price for a product that does nothing with no way to cancel my repeat subscription and I’m going to have to report my card as compromised. Don’t waste your money or your time. This company is a scam.

I too had an issue trying the product and less than 1 Month into it when I was going to return it, I got billed for two more bottles. I had originally ordered this under the Try Scultique Facebook page. I called and said I never ordered more and was told I signed up for a subscription at check out. I have never signed up for a subscription--ever! Facebook needs to do a better job of watching over these companies that scam people. I have filed a dispute after being told I signed up for the subscription. Very shady!

Buyer beware!
I emailed Sculptique company service and was replied back to by a bot. I began this process on Nov 24, 2025 and was not allowed to cancel my subscription by the Ai bot. Over the following week, I requested a live person and it never responded. The website has no area on your account where you can easily modify or cancel your subscription. I haven’t even finished the first bottle and have not noticed any difference as of today. I haven’t even finished 2 more bottles as I ordered the 3 pack. It has been only a month so why are they sending it when I have a 3 month supply?
I should not have to hold customer service’s hand on them conducting ethical business practice.
Even if the product works at this point I am turned off on the brand now bc they pulled money out of my bank account today and the phone number for Sculptique on my bank statement goes to voicemail for a google voice number which seems shady as well.
I’m filing with the Consumer Protection Division and BBB as soon as today if they don’t cancel out the charge.
