What everyone here is saying is 100% true. I was able to reach a person twice regarding my order, which they ALSO put me on a recurring subscription and they claimed that I took advantage of the buy 2 get one free option which is only available if you subscribe, (I disagreed and said it was a one time purchase and they said something about me not unchecking the subscription box....either way, this company charged me two more times, and even though they say they offer a 60 day money back guarantee, they will not send a shipping label unless you received damaged product containers....so you have to pay to ship it back. They DID refund me $25 for not being satisfied with the product as a partial refund to the original cost, but then they shipped 2 bottles and charged my card $67.92 again TWICE in December and January. If anyone wants a return address, they claim I can return the product to 285 Northeast Avenue, Tallmadge, OHIO 44278 and that is there distribution Center. and when I looked that up online it says BoxNutra - JetPack Nutrition and when I told the woman on the phone that, she said that is their distribution center, and I said "BoxNutra - JetPack Nutrition is affiliated with Sculptique and she said yes. I am returning these 2 orders and will update this review if they FAIL to refund me the 67.92 X 2 that I am due for a refund on.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD... They continue to ship product. I told them I cannot take per PCP AND they continue to send. They also claim I clicked subscription for lower price and I did NO such thing. I have reported them to the BBB as well. I just received an email stating my shipment is out for delivery. UNBELIEVABLE!

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THE PRODUCT IS RUBBISH, THEY CONTINUE TO DRAIN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR TALK TO A HUMAN BEING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

This copany appears to be a fraud . If you make the mistake of ordering from them, they continue to ship product each month stating you have a subscription for them to continue these fraudulent shippments. How they got my new card number after canceling my card used to order one product from them, is quite concerning. Will be letting the proper athorties know to see what can be done to stop this kind of theaft,

How do you give ZERO stars. Shocking company. Fraudulently signed me up for subscription. Won't answer my emails. Have been sent a second lot of pills that I didnt want and they dont work. I have scoured the website to unsubscribe but all I can do is delete my payment details from my profile. If I get more payments taken I will go through my banks fraud team. I have a million emails as evidence. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAP USA COMPANY

This company is a fraud. Advertise full refund if not effective or physician says do not use. I contacted them for a return of unused product and they never contacted me back after several attempts.
Physician warned me of side effects/contradictions with medication I take and advised me not to use. Not only will they not refund but they will not stop the monthly subscription - even though their initial ad states that they will. Buyer beware dealing with this company.

I purchased tablets from Sculptique believing it was a one-time trial purchase. At no point was it clearly disclosed that I was signing up to an ongoing subscription.

After my purchase, money was taken from my bank account without my authorisation. When I contacted customer support, I was told the order was part of an “auto-refill subscription” because a checkbox was ticked. That checkbox was pre-selected by default, I did not actively tick it and did not knowingly consent to any recurring billing.

There is also no clear or accessible way to cancel a subscription on their website, which makes the situation even more concerning. When I requested immediate cancellation and account closure, instead of cancelling, they attempted to:
• Justify the charge after the fact
• Offer to delay or skip future orders
• Offer discounts to keep me subscribed

I never authorised ongoing payments. I simply wanted to try the product once. This experience feels misleading and unethical, and customers should be extremely cautious.

I would not recommend this company.

Ordered products - 2 different products marketed and called something different yet ingredients identical. Tried to cancel and received confirmation yet they still billed me another month afterwards. No contact now.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Placed one order. DID NOT AUTHORIZE FUTURE CHARGES NOR DID I SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. The month after the first order they charged my card. I contacted them and refused the order and said I do not want a subscription or the order. Eight days later, we're still going back and forth and they keep saying "they'll check into it". They still have not canceled the order, "subscription", shipped the product, or refunded me. I have to lock my card and cancel it in order to get them to stop charging it! They are nothing short of thieves! 🤬Avoid at all costs! Their product doesn't work anyway!!! 😡

THEY KEEP CHARGING YOUR CARD MONTHLY EVEN AFTER YOU'VE CONTACTED AND DEMANDED CANCELLATION.

Would give zero stars if i could!! this company is a scam i have written so many emails to cancel my subscription, which I didn't sign up to in the first place - zero response and its up to the 4th time I've been charged!

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and indignation with the business practices of Try Sculptique.

I did not authorize or enroll in any subscription plan. My purchase was clearly intended as a one-time transaction only. Despite this, I have been repeatedly charged under the claim that I subscribed to a recurring plan, which is completely inaccurate.

I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue by contacting the email address provided by the company. Unfortunately, all responses have been automated AI messages stating that the issue would be forwarded to a human representative. To date, I have received no follow-up, no resolution, and no human response whatsoever.

At this point, I have clearly expressed my desire to cancel any alleged subscription and to no longer receive or pay for this product. However, the charges continue, and I am left without any form of effective customer support. This situation is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Many businesses operating worldwide — including those affiliated with Shopify — conduct their operations with transparency, fairness, and respect for consumers. Regrettably, this company’s actions strongly suggest otherwise, as customers are being charged without consent and denied proper support to resolve cancellations. This behavior can reasonably be interpreted as unethical and misleading.

I am respectfully requesting your immediate assistance and support in addressing and stopping these unauthorized charges, as well as in holding this business accountable for its practices. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This company is nothing but a rip off. Do not even be tempted to buy their products. They put you on an unauthorised subscription and take money each month. I have had to cancel my credit card to get it to cease. Robots answer your emails with promises they don’t keep. Be extremely wary.

I wish I could give SCULPTIQUE 0 stars. This company should be avoided at all costs. I have written several messages to Sculptique (I was asked for the reasons for my cancellation last Sunday and there are many). To date, I have received no response. -- J'aimerais pouvoir donner 0 étoile à SCULPTIQUE. Cette compagnie est à éviter à tout prix. J'ai écrit plusieurs messages à Sculptique (on m'a demandé les raisons de mon annulation dimanche dernier) il y en a beaucoup. À ce jour aucune réponse.

Fraudulent site. Bought one bottle and suddenly I am on a subscription I did not ask for. They ignored all emails. I had to use my credit card company to block them. Dishonest. Avoid like the plague.

The pills do nothing. Their guarantee is a sham, they do not reply to emails at all. DONT BUY

Edit- I got a reply and was told I must use at least 4-5 BOTTLES before I see results which is roughly 6-8 months 🤣🤣🤣 what an absolute whack job of a company

Update: my credit card fraud dept reached them and they gave full refund.
Purchased in November 2025, triple made sure I was not signing up for recurring shipments, subscriptions, etc. Then in December 2025 her comes another bottle and another charge. I sent 2 emails with no response. I tried calling with long wait times and left a message. No response. I Finally reached someone today, she offered 50% refund. I told her this is a SCAM that I am 100% positive I did not sign up for a subscription. I told her to stick it where the sun don't shine and I filed a fraudulent charge with my CC.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY!!!
I NEVER OREDERED ANYTHING, THEY RECHARGED MY CARD TWICE AND GIVES NO RESPONSES PLUS THEY CLAIM YOU ARE ON A "SUBSRIPTION LIST" WHICH YOU NEVER FILLED IN AND NOW I CANT GET RID OFF THIS AS THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME, THEY WONT RESPOND EITHER!!

Stay away from this company. They are a scam. I ordered 2 bottles and the next month they took more money out of my bank account when I did not order. I emailed them twice but no one got back to me. It is a dummy email. I had to call my bank to block their payments. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
