I had to cancel my card! Beware

SCAM!SCAM! SCAM! I purchased a bottle of their "Lymphatic Drainage" capsules. All I received in the mail was an EMPTY plastic bag with a receipt in it!! DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY & report them to the BBB IMMEDIATELY!!!

STAY AWAY from these people. Total scam. They sent me an additional bottle I didn’t pay for and kept taking the money from my account. The communication t is the WORST I’ve experienced all my entire life. I don’t know what cave they operate from. The product is the most useless I’ve ever used. Save yourself unnecessary headaches.

Firstly, I've had no results with this product.
Secondly, the box for a subscription is automatically ticked, so you end up subscribing without even being aware of it.
I've been trying to cancel this "subscription" for almost two months with no success. The support team (which offers zero support) keeps offering me discounts or pauses, but even after I have said multiple times that I want to cancel it, they take no action - do not confirm the cancellation; keep sending emails stating that another order has been shipped and keep "stealing money" from my account.
This is a total scam!
Avoid purchasing if you can!

This is a terrible product and getting a refund is impossible! I have been fighting with the company for two months! Now my credit card company is getting involved. Do not use this product!

I’m sad to see so many people experiencing the same issues. I had to report them as fraud to my bank just to stop being charged and to try to get my money back. They are a SCAM. If you look at their website, all the reviews are positive, but on platforms like this, it’s clear that many of us are sharing the truth.
Beware!

This product does absolutely nothing and they must know it because I have been trying to cancel for 3 months but they keep responding with, we can offer you 40% discount to keep the product. It does not work and I do not want it. I had to change my debit card to get them to stop stealing from me.

I had to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for help.

Protect yourselves.

Firstly, I've had no results with this product. Secondly, I had no idea I was put on auto subscription, and even though I have emailed them to cancel, and stop charging me, they attempt to continue charging my card. I immediately reduced the funds in my bank so they were unable to charge me. I think the next step is cancel my card and get another one. So sorry for this impulse buy.

SCAMMERSSS!!! They take your money and run. Even with opening a claim they use predatory practices to not ever refund you money. I send bottles back and spend even more out of pocket and they still did not refund me. disgusting people . I hope they get shut down!!!

They refuse to cancel the subscription, after three attempts. They keep charging the card, which I will have to cancel and tell my bank this is fraud.

It’s a total scam they never emailed me back after they charged me and a couple days later when I try to go back to their website it’s a whole different website. It’s now iron Paul’s some type of pet treats. Smh I hope my bank refund me that money.

This is a scam. They sign you up to a subscription and it is almost impossible to cancel. No option on their website, so you have to email them and either get no reply or multiple emails asking you why you want to cancel. Even after I was told it was cancelled I continue to be charged and receive product. I have finally received a refund for one order after advising them that I had reported them to my bank and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Still no confirmation of cancellation though!
Can't say if the product works. No obvious signs after I first bought it, and have thrown away the following orders as I assume if the product is anything like the company they are just multivitamins (if that) that do nothing.
Wish I had read the reviews before I bought! Avoid this company at all costs.

Don't purchase from them! They secretly sign you up for subscription and it's hard to cancel. They cheat you everyway possible.

They sell 2 identical products with labeling for 2 different purposes. Given 27 days notice, and an affirmative response via email from the customer rep, they still again shipped the product after I cancelled. When I got a notice 2/6 they "recieved my order" which was a lie, in February I again gave them a second notice prior to shipping. They shipped anyway. I asked for return label and a credit and haven't received a response.

THIS IS A SCAM. Once they have your credit card, the product arrives monthly and it is impossible to stop the charges without cancelling your credit card. You will think you’re buying one bottle, but it is a subscription that is impossible to cancel. DO NOT BUY.

This company is a scam! I bought one bottle and then kept receiving emails that I have ordered more bottles! I did not authorise any payments, other than my original one. When I told them this, they ignored me and said I signed up for a subscription, which I know I didn't! I then told them to cancel my account (as I have no idea where to even cancel this order from??) and they kept asking me random follow up questions, to drag it out... which then resulted in them not cancelling anything and me receiving another charge for another bottle!!!
I have had to cancel my debit card because of the unauthorised payments, but I am still receiving emails about orders!! So scammy! AVOID!

Also, the product doesn't seem legit, I wouldn't trust the ingredients in it

I’ll be honest I didn’t buy the product however, I was very Convinced with ads looking as though it came from a doctor and Would be a benefit, no matter what. Don’t believe everything you see and do your research. everything else I have looked up About this company has bad things.

Terrible company. I bought this product and signed up for a subscription. I had a bad reaction and immediately contacted them. First I got a bot that tried to pull a fast one. Said I needed a doctor's report that stated the reaction and what caused it. Spoke to a human and pointed out that their site states full refund - no questions asked. Well, it's been 2 months and they still promise me a refund every time I call or email and still nothing. I even returned the product and provided them with tracking info. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SKETCHY COMPANY. Not even a company. No brick and mortar. Just a distribution center and a call line.
