Unfortunately, I did not take a note of the young gentleman in the Edinburgh office who dealt with me, but everything was clearly explained to me and the whole experience was seamless and painless. I would have no hesitation in returning.

The entire process of selling my gold sovereign to Scottish Bullion was conducted very thoroughly and professionally. This was my first visit to Scottish Bullion and while the Scottish Vaults Building is a little bit intimidating the staff most definitely are not.
I was received with courtesy and the selling transaction was carried out very pleasantly and efficiently.
