I have been acquiring gold and silver from UK Bullion for a few years now. I get excellent service, if there are any problems they get sorted very quickly. When I sold some stored silver back to them I got a very good price and the money was in my account on the same day.

Trustworthy and efficient service
Easy and efficient ordering process but there was an unexpected issue in the YOTI identification process - Biometrics is not a mandated identification requirement under GDPR and they should offer an alternative process for those who can't or won't provide biometrics. When informed, they quickly updated their contractual information so that everyone is now aware of their id requirements prior to purchasing any coins.
