Absolutely brilliant company been with them few years now and had some fab items from beds to big fridge freezers and so far not had any problems great customer service and very good phone manners to anyone I've spoke to over years being with them highly recommend to any of my friends and family

Wow just wow that is all I have got to say put my order in yesterday evening got a phone call this morning to go over it just signed my credit agreement not 15 mins ago and could have my order delivered before christmas which is a bonus thanks guys for everything you have done would recommend you to anybody for you great customer service and prices

Simple fill all details out online

After hour nice lady named Nicola rang say they need acress all 3 months bank statements,I’d,form address once sent over 1 hour later rang now say want wage slips sent them over did hear from them so rang them was told did not receive them maybe error there end then today was promised phone call with out come well just only got email yes email from them now say failed the credit check so made me send all them personal details over when knew from very start when go checks then so y make customer send all that information

Sadly tbere better company out there have now place order with perfect home. Which didn’t even have send all that personal information u ask for

I have been shopping with smarterbuys for around five years i got around 6 items from them i like the fact that your payments include a surplus which you can claim after it builds up if you need it. I have never been treated negatively by them ive always had a positive experience with them.

The process from start to finish overall took a good few months, obviously lockdown no one can help but when I was asked for information it took them 8weeks to reply with ‘we haven’t received your documents’ which I had already sent the same day I was asked for them. Although apart from the disorganisation of that the rest of the process went fast and delivery was fine, although I do wish you got more than two days notice of this. Overall an ok experience.

I have never been more pissed off !
Ordered a bed seven weeks ago it arrived , oh turns out parts are missing the most important parts like BOLTS! And wooden stands that lift the bed up and two more parts of head board , so I have wait whloe weekend to deal with it Monday and probably wait another six bloody WEEKS ! For it arrive I want money of this bed for this bloody mayham I can’t even use the draws without wooden stand so I have sleep on a mattress sort it out when order a bed make sure all parts are actually there before delivering. People be careful when ordering a bed when you only get half the parts !
