I odered some flegobey translator earbuds in december.
it eppears on my bank statement as PYN*TOPDEALSMAX HONG KONG

I hsve not received any confirmation of the order and still hsve not received the buds.

I sm going next month snd they would have come in handy.

I should have checked amazon I would have saved nearly £30 but I chose this website as it looked legitimate.

Not only have I not received the item, there is no customer service information available.

Unless this can by sending the buds I will have to report this to either the ombudmsn or the police.

Please understsnd I meeting inlaws to be and they do not speak any english this would have been perfet.

Please send me the buds or refund and I will be satisfied if not I will escalate thi/s further. 24/7 suppor is misleading as there is no way to contact them escept on trustpilot to complain.

SCAM- took my money never received my product

Made an order, didn’t receive it, chased it a number of times and heard nothing. Judging by the reviews on here, it looks to be a scam. :o(

Terrible scam company. I ordered a strimmer. They collected the money gave a delivery date and I never heard anything else, never received the product. Have claimed the money back. Avoid this seller

Placed an order was emailed back giving a delivery date and that was it have sent numerous emails tried phoning different numbers on the links but not a peep they are scammers as far as I am concerned have now got to try and get money back from my card!🤬🤬🤬🤬🥲

Did not receive the so-called wifi booster but I was charged more than the website indicated amount. Never received any reply on the order status... Fraud... Do not pay them any $....... Liars!!!

absolute rubbish the site and the company send no products reply to no emails and do not even acknowledge the so called sale so you never know if you have bought some thing or not. I tried and tried to get in contact with the smartbuy company but had to raise a claim with paypal that gave me a refund as smartbuy did not even reply to paypal ...... why bother messing about.

Very bad experience smartbuy123.com I bought 2 wifi Booster SpeedTech extenders after more then a month I receive the package instead off the 2 wifi extenders I got 4 plug travel adapters, this is scam 50% off and second one for 75% , please stay a way from those "deals"

Really good experience with SmartBuy UK. The item arrived within 5 days as described, box showing minor damage but unopened and the contents in brand new condition. Saved 40% on the list price and was out of stock everywhere including the manufacturers website. I would definitely use SmartBuy UK again. Thanks for the great service.
