Haven't replied to my application in over a week,many people are in the same boat

I’m so happy I’ve found smarterbuys store, they’re similar to what was Brighthouse but better. I ordered a Aldis corner sofa. It took around 8 weeks to arrive but I’ve just recently unpacked it and put it together in my room and am over the moon with it. It’s so comfy and looks/feels amazing I would definitely recommend them. Customer service has been fantastic from day one and I was even told I could get more items up to a credit limit of £2400 excluding the sofa which comes in handy in future too. Thanks smarterbuys.

This company are a joke, had to cancel my application today, sent all the correct correspondance ie 3 month of bank statements, which has taken a full month or more to try n sort, as ive had so much preasure n stress obtaining my bank statements, only for a woman to call this morning n say the screen shots wer to blurry, so i cancelled the whole lot, its there loss not mines, now i owe you nothing, TO MUCH OF A RIGMAROL, ABSALUTE PT, they dont give a toss they will eventualy contact you wen they can be botherd, but yir better off out of it, NOTHING IN THE WORLD IS WORTH ALL THIS STRESS. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE

Smarterbuys store have been brilliant with use all over the years never had a problem with them and nicola and the tv are very helpful can wait to see the new website

Well I applied for a TV and haven’t heard back from them apart from the email asking me to tell them about my experience and to give a review. No one has actually contacted me regarding my application so because they have asked me for a review I have given 1 star as this isn’t the 1st time I’ve applied with smarterbuys and no contact regarding an order I’ve placed. Not professional at all.

I've been with Smarterbuys for a few years now always polite and goods delivered in record time,at the minute I'm a little confused about not being able to place order due to whatever I'm not sure .Better than perfect homes and cheaper

They say they offer credit to people in need then refuse, very disappointing as I was referred to them by a government body. Disgusting

Always bend over backwards to help you. Nothing is a problem for them. Nicola is a credit to the company

Tried phoning says number not in service was wanting a double divan bed but not getting anywhere

I have ordered multiple orders over the past year and havnt received a phone call or my order im quire disappointed as I was a customer ages ago and they were spot on
