Initially I plan to flew from Jakarta to Amsterdam on 21 Dec 7pm. However, few weeks beforw my departuew, Saudia canceled my flight and offer me to change my flight to 22 Dec 7pm. This is madness! Why you suddenly change my flight FEW WEEKS before departure.
After making few arrangements, calling travel agents and such, I change my flight to 21 Dec 00.40 am, and there's an additional charge for that.
During my flight to Jeddah it was extremely inconvenient. My seat cannot be reclined fully, if I insisted in reclining it fully, it won't come upright again so I have to call flight attendant.
The in flight entertainment also did not work

Extremely nasty Airline
I took this airline with my large family on a connecting flight to Dhaka Bangladesh on August 2023, I like to start with how disgusting and rude the ground crew are when I was connecting my flight from Jeddah to Dhaka airport. The journey was a total nightmare for me and my family, extremely unorganised very low key of knowledge in general customer service. Starting from Heathrow London airport some of our tickets was invalidated, London to Jeddah was delayed When we finally made it to Jeddah on my connecting flight my reservation seats were deliberately changed, without any explanation stressing my family when boarding the flight no seats available it was a complete disaster, eventually we somehow made it to Dhaka airport and it gets worse no luggage has arrived it’s was shocking how nasty this airline is. Coming back to London all the way throughout strangely every meal was served was omelette. It’s was really bad experience flying with Saudi airline a total embarrassment for an airline that advertising as a five star.

What a farce of an airline
What a farce of an airline, utter chaos at Heathrow, resulting in lost baggage at Bangkok! No clothes, toiletries etc … missed my connecting flight to Chiang Mai , snd they’ve rigged out of any compensation claim.
Problems prior to leaving the uk also, reserved seats being cancelled, trouble with online check-in due to apparently needing a visa to stop in Riyadh for 1.55 mins terrible incompetence staff.
I’ve traveled to Thailand 6 times and have I never flown with such a disorganised company before!!
Use at your peril… yes they are really this bad.
My baggage is missing since a month
My baggage is missing since a month. They don’t have courtesy to keep me posted about the progress. I had a lot of valuable stuffs in my bag. There is no response from the airline what so ever. They respond only by saying “ Dear Guest, the current status of the Claim XXXX is open.You may expect resolution in 19 days from the moment, when you raised it”. It’s already been 22 days I had raised the ticket
I paid for that flight, not to be treated so bad off a flight attendant.
I am disgusted the way I was treated on the flight from Bahrain to Manchester, I don't know the stewardess's name, But I was treated worse than an animal, I was feeling dizzy confused and I couldn't get my breathe so I tried to get assistants by pressing the buzzer. But know one came to help me, I pressed 5 times and still no one came, so when I saw a stewardess walking up I asked her for a drink, because I felt dehydrated, she looked at me with this nasty look on her face and walked past me without giving me a drink. I never got a drink from her, then the same stewardess was walking up asking other people what drink they wanted, but when it came to me, she past me without giving me anything to drink at this point I was feeling sick, so I tried to get assistance for help by pressing the buzzer again and once again know one came to help me, so I just left it and waited until I got off the Plaine, But when the Plane was coming in to Manchester from Bahrain we were told to put the seat belts on which I did, and have our chair upright, but before I had the chance to put my chair upright that same stewardess that has been nasty with me throughout the flight shoved my chair upright and hurt my neck, I would love to find out the name of that stewardess and get an apology from her and ask her why she treated me so bad on the flight from Bahrain to Manchester which was a long flight. This made me anxious, paranoid and destressed has I already suffer from a server mental illness and Autism that has got worse through the way I was treated on the flight, I paid for that flight and should of been entitled to drinks and food without any problems, but I didn't expected to be treated that way. Flight I was on was a Saudi airline and I was coming back from Bahrain to Manchester on 23/11/2023 I arrived in Manchester on 24/11/2023. After having a good holiday in Thailand I never thought a flight attendant, would treat me like that on my second flight from Bahrain in to the UK.

Horrible airline! They LOST my luggage, I flew business class for a 10 hour flight with no in-flight entertainment, a small thin blanket, and one small meal. In BUSINESS! Worst airline I have ever flown on. I cannot believe Delta booked me on them. They should be a budget airline.

WORST customer service and online platform. This airline gives you headache always a problem every single time. They don’t deserve even a single star. Their customer service are untrained, unprofessional, and ill-mannered and you have to wait for more than 15minuted only to be answered by some rude person.

Currently at the JED airport with a 12 hour layover when I booked a trip that had only a 3 hour layover. They moved the first flight to earlier and gave 0 options. We don't have access to the lounge or discount at the hotel (yes we are waiting here at night). Worst experience ever, and they really didn't try to help! All they said is that the flight that we are currently waiting for wasn't changed so nothing they can do. Mind you I bought the full trip on Saudia

I had extremely bad experience with Saudi Airline two days before when coming from Jeddah to Lahore. I reached 5 hours before the flight time, but there was a long queue of passengers for check in, on asking it was revealed that check in is open for all people together going to Bombay, Islamabad and Lahore on same counters, no separate counter for each flight. After waiting for almost 2 hours in queue when it was my turn then their supervisor announced that they will first take Bombay passengers as there flight time is close and I was put on hold, after waiting another 30 minutes they again hold me and said they will first check in Islamabad passengers now as Islamabad flight time is early, after waiting another 30 minutes when finally it came my turn then they simply denied to check in for Lahore saying flight is full! I had a confirmed ticket bought one month before but then denied me even 2 hours were still there before flight departure. The attitude of staff was rude, unprofessional and cheap third class. I went to there office and their manage said it is allowed for them to overbook and now you will be transferred to next available flight which was 13 hours after my original flight. It was really frustrating that even I had a confirmed ticket and check-in was still open still about 15 people were denied to check in with rude behavior and reason being flight over booked. Later on I found that people going to Islamabad and Karachi were facing same issue. Extremely bad policies of Saudi Airline and bad practice by them, it means there is no guarantee of a confirmed booked ticket even if you reach hours before check in???. Will never ever travel by Saudi Airline, such a bad airline. I have attached ticket which was booked for SV 738 for date 18th Nov 2023 on time 17 : 40 but was given boarding pass of next flight SV 734 for date 19 Nov 2023 on time 03 : 15 which again became late and went at 04 : 45 AM.
Poor excuse for an airline
Will award 0 if possible. Only airlines who can do basic human rights violations and get away with it. Made us sit in Riyadh airport for 26 hours straight(including families with small kids) because their flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. On top of this they gave 0 refund and customer service does not even exist if you try to contact them. They should be investigated and shut down!

I was on a connecting flight they took my luggage off the flight and guess what they left half of it on and made us miss the flight which cost us 1000 pound now they just not dealing with my lost / stolen luggage as it seems like they don’t care and don’t want to take ownership. Full refund within days
To start off: we ended up not flying Saudia because the flight was changed to a schedule that didn't fit our requirements, which was unfortunate. But we reached out to the airline (once we found the number, use the German phone number). We had a perfect English-speaking agent in no time at all and he took care of the cancelation and refund. It could take up to 5 weeks before we would receive it, but had a full refund after about a week. So the customer service reviews below I can definitely contradict. But as I said before, we didn't fly with them. I would give it a shot just based on the customer service we had.
