Sarah Emily dungaree reviews have put me off my purchase . I'm now unable to stop my purchase of two pairs of dungarees as contact is zilch ! Understand the material is inferior to what was expected . I just want my money back so, I can purchase something else for granddaughters birthday Anne

I wished I had seen reviews before ordering but the site looks like a genuine UK site - IT IS NOT. It is Chinese based the web-site is totally misleading. Ordered dungarees and these were awful - supposed to have linen/cotton blend - 100! Polyester and shapeless. As others have said, took 4 emails to get an address for returns - at own expense - even though the item is not as advertised. Offered 15% off to keep, and then 20% but these are RUBBISH. Just received my order after a long delay - they are absolutely awful .I thought i was ordering from a shop as the Web site depicts a shop front - however I have an email from them stating they only operate on line.
Everything comes direct from China- not a whiff of linen in the fabric,and the cheapest of spandex available.
Shape is non-existent and I cant even roll the hem up to make them shorter due to the fabric .
Complete scam ,the company needs some investigation.

Items took a long time to arrive, from China. Quality of items is not good - material is synthetic and very thin; the dungarees have little or no shaping; items do not match product description. The discounted price is a way of suckering in customers - there’s no way these items were ever on sale at full price.

Like others, I was caught out.

Not as described, which was 'linen blend' dungarees, they're polyester and Spandex and look awful. They're not something you would wear out.

Also offered to pay for track and trace return to China , or 15% refund. They know the refund is better than paying for postage but the dungarees are worthless, I suspect they will fall apart in the wash. I've asked for a full refund and I'm not paying to send them back because they are not as advertised.

I will be raising a dispute with my bank in 15 days.

Like others have said, this is a scam. Also, if you do a Google Lens search of images used on the website, you'll find lots of duplicate stores around the World.

Awful company, material is bad quality, very baggy, ordered a small, the one I have received is more like large.
I was told to pay for postage back to China or keep my good and receive another pair in the size I prefer for just £11.00

I ordered a pair of dunarees. They are dreadful. Baggy and shapeless. The material is synthetic but not in a good way. Complete waste of money. Contacted them for a refund. Sent me a long email about returning to China. Then offered me 15%, which I excepted., this was what the postage was. Would not recommend at all. Dreadful company. Rubbish product. Complete scam.

This company is fraudulent , do not order anything from them , i ordered cotton blend dungarees, they do not have any cotton , they do not look anything like the photographs are very badly made ,i tried to get a refund , was told i had to pay track and trace postage , and customs payments and it was my responsibility if they got lost , as an alternative i was offered 15% refund and to keep the shabby clothes ,

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The dungarees I ordered are nothing like the ones on the website, cheap printed synthetic material, not the embroidered denim shown, despatched from China. Not even fit for dusters. On their website they look like a UK company but are in fact just a false front for cheap Chinese clothes sold at at a higher price. They must have stolen the images from another legit website somewhere. Impossible to get a refund as you end up dealing with China. I would have given zero stars but one is the minimum allowed.

I wish I had looked at the reviews. I have sent several emails asking where my order is and have been ignored. Judging from reviews on this page the company appears to be disreputable. Obtaining a refund appears impossible.

Dungarees
Material advertised as linen, viscose and stretch fabric on the website. Actual material as listed on the clothing label is 95% polyester and 5% spandex - and it shows! Made in China.
Illustration on website is misleading as shows the front of the dungarees as all one piece from legs up to the top of the bib. This is not the case.
Poor quality, thin fabric. Avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - AWFUL QUALITY AND CHEAP CHINESE RUBBISH
My order took over two weeks to arrive and what a disappointment it was. The dungarees were made of the most awful fabric and the sandals weren't great either. They claim to be a UK based company but that is absolute rubbish. Shipped from China, which explains the length of time it took to get to me and I now know that if I want to return them, they need to be shipped back to China. Like others have said, I wish that I'd read the reviews before even considering buying anything from them. A total scam and a complete waste of money.

At first look the company looks appealing. Remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Shipping mysteriously changes to coming from China and takes a long time. When the goods arrive they don’t match the look on the website. The fabric and style are awful. As soon as you ask for a refund you are asked questions about why, not consistent with their website. Then you discover that the goods need to be returned to China and there are likely customs charges to pay. Alternatively you can keep the goods and are offered 15% goodwill refund. I doubt you’ll see that money even if you accept.
Don’t touch with a barge pole!

As others have written this company is scamming their customers, claiming to be UK based, advertising items as soft cotton when they are polyester and spandex which is of very poor quality! The item recieved is totally unwearable, on contacting the company they tell you to return the item to China and then they will give a full refund. I'm furious that I have been scammed like this and hope others read these reviews before purchasing from them ...I didnt find out until too late!

Fabric is synthetic, not cotton mix, dungarees nothing like images, completely shapeless with wide legs, not tapered as shown. Cheaply made in China. You will get better quality from Shein or Temu than these. Awful quality and poorly made. Plus waited 6 weeks for delivery and now have to pay to return to China! Website states returns guaranteed no questions asked but so far I'm 3 emails in and still not return address provided. They have offered 15% refund if I keep them! They truly are awful.

Total scam, the company is in china not London. Took ages to arrive. The fabric was cheap and flimsy. Asked for a refund and was told I would have to return it to china at my own expense and would only get a refund after it arrived there and was checked. The alternative was a 15% discount.

I completely agree with the other reviews.
Lesson learned. The adverts are misleading on all levels. This item came from Chine…not UK. It’s cheap nasty totally synthetic and nothing like the advertisement.
As others stated. I was offered a 15% refund or 100% if I returned it, at my expense! Total scam. I’m cross with myself.

Absolutely not as described. The dungarees I purchased are made in China, took weeks to arrive and when they did they were not “embroidered “ nor “cotton blend” being 95 percent polyester. The quality of stitching is also poor. Just not worth the £34.99 they are charging (supposedly reduced from £60!). Don’t touch them! It will be interesting to see if they provide a full refund as they advertise for returns.

Product nothing like image cheap nylon fabric and pattern is blurred . Misleading marketing when asked for return was told that I would have to pay to send it back to China . Company a complete fraud . Do not buy from them
