Great Experience to date. Our Experience with Sapaad has been great. The product is nice and their support team is incredibly supportive and responsive. Sapaad is user-friendly, has very minimal IT headaches, and has a support team always available for technical support. We are satisfied with Sapaad features and support.

Needed more options such as User Apps ( android / IOS ) and more customised Online Ordering Platform...like all in one POS solution, so that you dont need to go anywhere else for certain functionalities.
Some important functionalities that we are looking is as follows -
- Customized Online Ordering - which can be linked directly to the website
- Website and Online ordering platform - directly offered from your site.
- Apps - IOS & Android - as per the website.
- Customized Loyalty and Discounting system.
- Feedback system.
the limitations on the above makes us to look for other applications / softwares.
Hopefully you can come up with an All in One application ( one key turn solution ), so that is easily manageable.

We have tried different softwares in Dubai, but found Sapaad to be the most staff-friendly and cost-effective overall.
