Easy to access and navigate.

This is operations manager of Golden Eats Restaurant, AL Barsha , Dubai. I had recently called Sapaad Helpline and Ms Mehnaaz recieved the called. She was very professional and attentive to all my queries. She patiently heard all my queries and gave me clarification on how we can proceed with spaad integration with online delivery platfporms.

We are new on Sapaad and it's a bit early to say how our partnership will be. But it'll be an injustice if I do not acknowledge Wilma Lugdat's help. She has been exceptional in onboarding us, and helping us throughout the process. Very happy with her customer service.

Sapaad service is smooth and straightforward. A fantastic organization! Great online 24x7 support from beginning to end of the process. I have been using sapaad since 15 years with out any issues such a good software specially to track all your deliveries and I am using for inventories also I strongly recommend to all restaurants to use such a fantastic sofware

I have been using Sapaad for a year now and I am happy with the way it is programmed. Here are few things i like about this POS system
1.Easy user interface
2.Easy to upload and delete items
3.Can be used on multiple devices at the same time
4. End number of users can be added
5. Inventory System is accurate and works perfectly.
6. Reports and statistics can be downloaded from anytime at different locations
7. No need to invest on servers
and much more!
I have used micros, shawman, Bin pos, etc in the past but Sapaad is much more user friendly.

Since we started with Sappad last year, August 2020, the system and the support rendered has been fantastic!

It’s also very user-friendly.
