This Sapaad platform is one of the worst I have experienced. It falls far below international standards and has been a complete waste of time. The service is inefficient, customer support is fighting with you, and the overall experience is frustrating. I would not recommend this platform to my enemies. If you asked them for refund they will do everything possible but not a refund!

Very disappointing experience with this POS. A basic function like transferring items to a new or unoccupied table isn’t possible, and the only workaround is to void and re-enter everything. This slows down operations, especially during busy hours, and affects reporting accuracy. For a system meant to support restaurants, this is a major limitation that should have been addressed already.
