Ordered online to pick up from the Charlton Riverside store....advised it would take about 4 hours, less than an hour later the euros were ready to collect, Fabulous service

Efficient and polite, no waiting, good comparable rate

Simple online process and I was able to call and request small denominations. We'll see of that happens.

I wasn’t aware that you could purchase travel money online and click and collect until a conversation with Julie King of the Witney branch.
The process was quick and efficient and would definitely use the service again.

The kiosk was closed when I came in at 1pm which was annoying as it said it was open from 9-5pm. Had to come back at another time.

Itinally we turned up at the Beareau. The rate on the board wasn't very good at 1.10e per £1. So I checked online and the Sainsburys Travel rate was 4c higher at 1.14e per £1. So while in store I had to mess about ordering through the webpage adding my Nectar etc, them after purchase i had to wait the next day to get the money even though I was standing in the shop.... All a bit mad as they couldnt just give me the cash there and then! So do t just go the Beareau, order first on the app. The staff very helpful as usual, the process is not perfect!

Purchased online received my email stating that my money was ready for collection ,went to collect to find that the booth was closed and to be told by the store manager that there was nothing they could do only put a call out over the tanoy which had no affect as no-one responded , I called customer services to be told they dont know if anyone would be returning and that they would call me back 20 mins later in the mean time a member of staff returned to the booth and gave me my money with no apology or explanation as to why the booth had not been manned

Easy to order, good rates and usually ready to pick up before booked time. The staff working there are always efficient and helpful.

Easy to order and best deal offered, especially with Nectar card.

The ordering process is easy. I like the reduced exchange for Nectar card holders. Pick-up in store is easy and staff are pleasant.

The staff member was very helpful, he pointed out that it was better to order online with Nectar card for a better rate and when I did the money was ready within an hour for collection

The online ordering was easy and quick. Notification of my order was efficient however being charged 25p for an envelope to carry my large amount of Euros was surprising and annoying

Good exchange rate using Nectar. Can't fault it.

I booked online to sell back 1000 NOK. But the staff at the counter (Sainsbury Walthamstow) refused to accept 500 NOK notes. He also appeared quite rude and simply refused to serve. This was not mentioned or stated online when I made the booking that 500 notes are not accepted. So either there is an issue with online booking system or staff at Sainsbury just didn't want to entertain. In either case, my time and money was wasted and I wouldn't be using this service again or recommended it to anyone.

Best rates I could find locally. Cash was ready quicker then expected and easy to collect at local Superstore.
