Upon receiving text message confirming…
Upon receiving text message confirming my order is available for collection I was to also check confirmation email for details. Upon checking I was to bring ID & payment card on collection including
Photographic identification (a valid passport or driver's license) that matches the payment card for the order.
Upon issuing the relevant information as requested I was told that I would require to provide further details with questions that were personal & not appropriate. I provided the details & could see no reason to question who I was, what I was doing, were was I going & who with, what my money was for & was it for someone else. Really poor service

Ordered on Sunday to collect Wed online. Got a phone call from local store to say they only order Tuesday & Thurs so currency wouldn’t be in until Thursday. Luckily I don’t travel until Friday but I requested wed as I work full time and the store exchange closes at 6.30 now I have to get out of work on Thursday to go and collect
