Fantastic product, I purchased a bracelet and key ring for myself in the Bianchi colours which I’m really pleased with. Will definitely be purchasing more items most likely as gifts to friends. Really disappointed that this was marketed as a Val d'Isere bracelet. I have bought 3 of these as gifts for a trip to Val this year yet there is no reference to Val d'Isere on the bracelets or packaging at all. Should just be sold as colours.

I made an order (Order #161109)
February 3rd:
I received a letter that everything had been sent
A month later, no information. I checked the tracking - it turned out that on February 12th there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt and then nothing. I wrote to the seller.
March 4th I received another letter from еру seller:
"I wanted to update you regarding your package. I reached out to National Post to gather more information, and I received an update that your package is out for delivery today. Please be sure to keep an eye out for it, and kindly let me know once you've received it."
February 5th I received an update:
"I wanted to inform you that I have checked the tracking information for your package, and unfortunately, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful once again. As a result, the package is currently in the process of being returned to our warehouse.
Once we receive it back, we will promptly resend it to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this."
I really don't understand why I have to wait for them to get it back. And why can't they send a replacement by normal mail and immediately.
It's very frustrating.
UPD(26.03.2025): The second package was sent and delivered much faster. I still can't view it, as it was sent through a shipping service, but it still hasn't reached me. But I was not satisfied with the quality of the initial service. These bracelets were ordered as a gift, but due to the delay, it was not possible to give it. It is sad

Disappointed with Late Delivery Despite Paying for Express Shipping
I ordered a bracelet from Sailbrace as a gift for my brother, who was leaving the country. To ensure it arrived on time, I paid extra for express delivery. Unfortunately, despite the additional cost, the bracelet was delivered too late, meaning I could not give it to them as planned.
I placed the order on January 6th and received it on January 17th.
While I understand that delivery delays can happen, this was disappointing, given the specific purpose and the premium paid for faster shipping. I contacted their customer service team, and while they acknowledged the inconvenience, they did not immediately offer a meaningful resolution.
I hope Sailbrace takes customer concerns more seriously and considers offering gestures of goodwill when service expectations aren't met. It's a lovely product, but the experience was overshadowed by the frustration of not receiving it when it truly mattered.
** Extra Note**: I was surprised by their response to my review, claiming they had offered me a special discount as a goodwill gesture. This is not true. I was not given a discount or offered any form of refund for the €7.90 I paid for express shipping. Seeing them misrepresent the situation publicly is incredibly disappointing, instead of taking genuine accountability for the issue.

Very tiny and lightweight bike
Delivery of my bracelet was on time.
However the item looks cheap and the bike is so tiny that you can barely see it. Moreover the knots at the two ends weigh far more than the tiny bike so that the bracelet always turns around on my wrist. As a consequence I can't see the tiny bike when I wear the bracelet.
