I can only say positive things: My order was not delivered despite the announcement from DPD and was then returned because the package was damaged. However, the contact with Kaja from Sailbrace was amazing—super fast, just like messaging a friend. She made sure that I received a new order and kept checking in on me. Thumbs up for that!
The bracelets are also beautiful, just like in the pictures. We are very happy! 🫶🏻
