Extremely unflexible, not posssible to agree on things via emails/telefon, you have to come first to make agreements and bring a lot of papers, copies, you even have to pay before!, and only later you should come another day to do the service. Otherwise no cooperation. The stuff - Ms. xy unbelievable unhelpful and rude. NOT RECOMMENDED! Too bureaucratic... ALLSAFE Mini Opslag you can agree immediately, via email, then you just come, make agreement (no copies are needed, they do them on the spot), pay and you can borrow a car and use it for a move. Very easy...

Very friendly staff, easy to access, great location, reasonable prices. The only thing would be that it does smell a bit like storage, although nothing too bad that it would deter me to use the storage again.

Everything was very good with M3 self-storage. It was easy to subscribe, convenient to use and simple to terminate the contract. I have 4 start for two small reasons only.

1) In some of the times I went to my storage room the alarm of the storage place (Not related to my storage room) was ringing with non-stop. I had to be there for quite some time with that super loud noise.

2) To terminate the contract I had to be there in person. I took all my belongs from the storage place when the reception was already closed. I wish I had the option to terminate the contract online so I didn’t need to go there only for that. (Maybe there is this option but I didn’t see that in my contract)

3) I would like to be refunded for the padlock instead of keeping it as I cannot really use it. If this is for securety reasons, what if M3 rotates the padlocks among their several branches around the world?

Overall experience was very positive. I would use it again.

I couldn't be more grateful for Maurice's help and his collegues at USTOR. I had a bit of an emergency and needed my things stored immediately and they couldn't have been more helpful and patient with me as my administration was all over the place.

They are very competent and dilligent and are willing to help you in any way they can while being very clear and coherent. It was rather reassuring.

I couldn't recommend them enough and they are really well priced.

I've been a customer for over 3 years and M3 have always been very helpful and consistently gone above and beyond when it comes to good customer service - I already recommend them to anyone looking for convenient well maintained storage.

Really helpful - i needed to arrange storage from the UK and the office couldn't have been more helpful. Super-easy from Amsterdam centre to access your belongings. Recommended.

Clean and cheap storage unit with 24 hour access. I would use M3 again.

THE staff at M3 was very helpful and kind. The storage units are easy to reach and they have trolleys and other helpful tools to move your stuff. It’s a bit sad you can not rent a lock, because you can not use the lock for anything (Other than a storage unit).

Central location and very easy to reach by car. Aldo great that its easy to bring the car inside while loadig.
