Very easy to set up an account, helpful and quick to respond to messages.Storage is easy to use and clean and feels secure. No hidden cost, unlike the competition, transparent cost structure as per the website offer including the insurance up to certain value. Easy to cancel the contract as per the agreement. Definitely recommended for short or long period storage.

Very good experience with m3 storage, reactive and efficient communication, easily accessible storage premises, good price and handy promotion (1 month free or assistance from a professional mover with a truck free for 2 hours). Will use them again if needed for sure.cheers

M3 storage is great . Wonderful service.
However, do NOT EVER use the services of their " verhuizing " company they work with called " Magic Movers".
What a disaster from start to finish.
1/ did not show up on scheduled date
2/ rescheduled and then blamed me for them being late
3/ did not reassemble a table they dissembles because they had allegedly "no time" according to them.
4/ broke 2 picture frames
5/ damaged my dining table
6 / lost a lattenbodem for the bed
7/ I had to help carry because of their bad schedule
8/ no trolley for boxes
9/ they forgot to give my strorage key back and lied about giving it back.
10/ owner told me he will not compensate for damaged goods
11/ blamed me for being angry ( they treated me very badly as a client)
12/ in short, an absolute disaster and I will never, ever, ever use this rotten company again.

I am blown away by the team! Consistently stellar experience across the board!
Not only all the basics like access, storage, security and onboarding experience were excellent, the team goes above and beyond in supporting and care.
They even were understanding and generous when I messed up my side of the standard procedures closer to the end.
Highly recommend the team!
