Company is scamming customers paying for more square meters than they deliver and refuse to give you what you paid for. I received 5m3 less than what i paid for and the company was only willing to give me my contractual m3 if I paid significantly more. Would never come here again. They did refund my payment and cancelled the contract but if I did not check the box upfront I would be screwed on moving day
Update: to put the companies response in context: I got a confirmation via their order channel that it should be at least 24m3 when the contract was offered (with confirmation for the new place to be the same size) we also agreed at the office with the employee that that was the case. The box visited was 19m3 (again confirmed in the office by employee). Escalated it to the manager to still receive my 24m3 as contractually agreed, however that was not allowed as they would rent 24m3 for more money. The bespoken 22m3 was at a different spot, still slightly more costly and still not min 24m3 hence we cancelt the contract. Nothing to do with timely confirmation

We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t satisfactory. From the very beginning, we tried to assist you by offering different storage options based on the volume you indicated (between 21 and 24 m³), although we couldn’t get a detailed inventory from you.
We suggested reserving the available unit in Carabanchel, but since the confirmation didn’t arrive in time, that unit was no longer available. We then offered an alternative in Manuel Tovar with the same dimensions, but the price exceeded your budget, so it was also declined.
You eventually agreed to rent a unit of nearly 22 m³. We invited you to visit and check whether the space would be sufficient for your move, but you chose to cancel the contract. Nevertheless, we processed a full refund and issued the corresponding credit notes.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we regret any misunderstanding, especially due to communication challenges. We’re always available to clarify any doubts and offer solutions tailored to each customer.
