Terrible delivery service

First the shipment was 2 days late. We were told by the Amazon supplier that the shipper would call to let us know when they would deliver the item and we were supposed to sign for the it. RXO never called and didnt even bother to ring the door bell. It was just left on the driveway. The box was damaged and they left it on a steel pallet. I called them to ask when they would pick up the pallet I was told that they dont pick up pallets and its our responsibility to get rid of it. So now 2 eldery people need to try and figure out how to get rid of it.

The 2 delivery personnel were extremely polite and courteous. They also kept me informed every step of the way and they were friendly and prompt and used caution with my cabinets as well as my home. A great experience from beginning to end.

The customer service went above and beyond

The customer service went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I didn’t accommodate enough space in my garage and I broke my foot. The delivery man help me clear out more space in my garage to fit my delivery. The communicated accurate timelines and were incredibly kind and courteous.

The delivery went smoothly

The delivery went smoothly. Both of the delivery personnel where polite and courteous. Explained how to check and report any damage. There was nothing to report thankful. One complaint would be that it's virtually impossible to call. Love the cabinets, thanks.

Irresponsible and unprofessional

Driver ran into the electrical wires connected to our house and ripped the entire electrical box off the side. Damaged the wires and the siding. Driver tried to convince us that the electric company would take care of everything, but that is incorrect because a lot is private property. Now we are trying to communicate with the company regarding remuneration for the fix and they are giving us the run around. Keep telling us that it’s some other company’s responsibility. Refusing to provide contact information, open a claim, or connect us with a supervisor. Irresponsible, unprofessional, and provided intentional misinformation.

The RXO schedule page says they will…

The RXO schedule page says they will call before the delivery. We received no call. When we called them on Thursday they told us that we were not home when they tried to deliver. We were home and they never came to our house.They outright lie. We were told the manager would call us on Saturday and deliver. It did not happen and the scheduler moved the delivery to Tuesday. Then it changed to a Wednesday delivery. So we called to find out what is really happening and we are told they only deliver on Thursday. We ask to speak to a manager, they put us on hold while they dial a manager and no one ever comes on the line. It is a terrible company with no customer service and Serta should fire them because this reflects on the Serta brand. And if a foreign voice says I'm sorry one more time we will scream. We don't want I'm sorry we want our delivery.

Worst delivery company ever through…

Worst delivery company ever through IKEA!!! We were set for Thursday delivery never showed up then they rescheduled for SATURDAY, mind you I live in a association ( home ) obviously there's a time frame when delivery trucks can come in, being that we live 10min from IKEA they decided to make us the first delivery mind you they SENT us an email at 6:39am!!! on a Saturday saying we are on the way! got to the gate at 7am expecting us to know this via email and be awake for a delivery we had no IDEA it was coming, said the gate didnt let us in and left !! Then put in the system we weren't home ! when spoke to the lady on the phone she was extremely rude and hung up on my face and said she would not turn around or come back!! Now in the system doesn't let me reschedule and when I called they pushed our delivery back an extra WEEK!!! mind you we had installers scheduled for Saturday and then Tuesday where we PAY these guys and now twice I have to reschedule !! absurd!!! The audacity!! Honestly I wouldn't recommend if my life depended on! I want my delivery so we are going to go pick it up ourselves!!!

RXO on time and professional

My delivery by RXO was on time, tracking was great, driver and team very friendly and courteous, performed set-up of my new TV quickly, and expertly. No complaints, completely positive experience.

RXO delayed shipment multiple times for weeks, then canceled

RXO delayed shipment multiple times for various reasons due to lack of deliveries to our area, after weeks of delays they canceled our scheduled delivery because their driver could not find our address. They stated that we would be contacted to schedule a 4 hour window for delivery but they did not contact us until after they canceled. RXO delivery hub stated they have no way to contact their drivers once the driver leaves their delivery hub. Company seems to be very dishonest and customer service is pathetic.

Job Well Done!

The gentleman delivering my cabinets and his partner were very nice and very efficient! They got it done quickly and with care, it was a lot of boxes too! I appreciate all their hard work.

Booked load with JUAN COLATO , delivery was faked on rc, lost a whole week on a load, and after delivery don't even respond to emails and want to pay extra, remember this name, make sure call in for app check, recommendation don't book with Gainesville office rxo

Bought TV from LG who uses this company…

Bought TV from LG who uses this company to handle last mile delivery. Huge mistake on LG's part to use RXO's business. 2 weeks of delays so far even though TV has been at the local fulfillment site. Each delay, I have been given less than 24 hours notice. Very frustrating to schedule with this company. Very close to canceling my order if I am delayed a third time.

Over all good

The actual delivery and the people who delivered went very well. My only issue was the automatic text that came making me think the delivery would take place on the planned day. It is understandable that it was missed due to the winter storm. I just wish the text had not lead me to believe they were still being delivered and to wait for them.
