We’re very careful and did an excellent job
Damaged product, late delivery, missing items, wrong item, and rude delivery people after I pointed out the damage. They made Lowe's look really bad. Now I have to deal with getting a refund and finding new doors, as well as the wait time without doors. Very dissatisfied. I will make sure these people never deliver anything to me again. Hopefully Lowe's and home Depot quit using them.
The delivery guys were courteous and helped us check the cabinet to make sure it wasn't damaged like the first one.
Delivery was carefully carried out. Both the driver and assistant were friendly, professional, and easy to converse with.

Was supposed to have an in home delivery with a call 30 minutes before arrival and never received a call and got a notification that the items were delivered. They left everything outside of my garage. I called and they said they would get someone to come out and call back. Over an hour later and still no call and a thunderstorm rolled through so i had to struggle to get it in myself
Professional , friendly service. Got the job done perfectly and quickly. Was kept informed of deleviy from start to finish. Was a great experiance from my view.

My experience with this company has been horrendous. They lack customer service. They do not return phone calls.
Mattress delivery- first attempt- they did not show up and the delivery driver lied and said they did.
Mattress delivery- second attempt- they brought a mattress with a very large black stain on it. I could not accept it like that.

I had kitchen cabinets delivered to my home. I was instructed by the company doing the install that the cabinets were to be placed in the room in which the cabinets were going to be installed so they could acclimate to the new environment prior to install. When the delivery truck arrived at my home, I was told the boxes were too big to fit through my front door. I informed the delivery service that I had french doors on my patio that they would fit through fine, and the kitchen was empty so everything would fit. They said no and left the cabinets in my garage. I called your customer service and they said there wasn't anything they could do. I am to contact the cabinet provider and have the cabinets picked up and re-delivered. Why is this so difficult to get them in my house. Please excuse me while I go and move the cabinets myself so that they do not warp from the moisture outside.

They delivered an LG dishwasher yesterday. They were supposed to install it, which they, apparently, attempted to do. But they left and the connection began to leak. The installation team never attempted to run the dishwasher before they left, which they did in a hurry for some reason. Now RXO tells me that they can't get anyone to come out to correct the improper installation for several days. Meanwhile, the connection continues to leak all over.

***update - They replied with a canned answer, and didn't offer a single outcome change. Fully charged, with only a small fraction of the work.
They are ready to take your money, but not ready to do the work, or help in any reasonable way when there is an issue.
I will be bringing this instance to the BBB***
Didn’t do what they were paid to do. Nearly ruined a $4200 mattress.
Said they couldn’t lift up the stairs. After finally giving up trying to reach them for the subsequent 5 days, finally got it up the stairs. It took 10 minutes with two people.
Customer service was non existent. They didn’t do what they were paid to do. They basically took our money and didn’t put ANY effort into doing what they were paid to do.
I’ll be looking for a refund. For now, this accurate poor review will have to suffice.
Lazy. Just lazy and disappointing
