Excellent experience from purchase to delivery. Very quick delivery from Sweden to UK. Was able to track parcel to local delivery pick up point. Products were as expected as research had been done. Runforest's price was the cheapest even before a 20% discount was applied on a £100+ spend. Very happy customer.

It was ok, but the delivery and returns process is poor. Delivery involves driving to a courier drop off point (shop) to pick up the item, and these drop off points are rare in my area, so quite some distance away.

The returns process is very poor. It is not clearly explained at all in their instructions or on their website. I drove all the way back to the store to drop off the return, only for it to be refused. I was told by the store that I needed to affix the "Invoice" to the outside of the package in a clear plastic envelope that customs officials could see through. Nowhere is this explained on their website or in the paperwork received with the package.

I had to drive all the way home again, and sort this out, and then drive all all the way back to the store again.

Never again. Too much hassle all round. No fewer than 6 journeys involved in this fiasco. It's not worth it.

My order was delivered to a pick up point 7 kms from my area, although there a several available pick up points closer. Took me two hours to pick up the package.

Very happy with runforest.com . I ordered a pair of exostride trainers from them, ordering process very easy and collected from a local pick up point around 5 days later. Perfect! Thank you

I was a little apprehensive about using Runforest, as I'd never heard of them. However, I'm very pleased to say that my experience was fantastic. My backpack arrived when they said it would, and it was cheaper than anywhere else. I will definitely use Runforest again.

So happy I came across this website for the first time. Was looking for a specific pair of under armour leggings that were sold out EVERYWHERE including JD and under armour site. This website had it and delivered it so quickly and efficiently! 5 stars from me
