Yet to receive item. UPS delivered to my local store and by the time I got there the parcel either couldn’t be found or had been removed back to depot. Very confusing!

Horrible experience. Delivery took 3x longer than expected and they did not process my returns. When I log into my account, it says there is no order history even though I have email and tracking confirmation that they received my returns. Scam website - avoid.

in a Sweden.
Well the price was amazing with an extra 20% off the already discounted price.
And they arrived within 36 hrs, I'm what a fantastic service.

Poor poor experience

I was sceptical at first, because I have never heard of this online shop and the Reeboks I wanted to order were NOWHERE to be found online, not even on the official website. I ordered them from Runforest, applied the 20% voucher (thanks) and chose the 1-3 days DHL Express delivery. My shoes arrived the next day. Very, very happy with the seller, keep it up!

Osprey backpack I ordered is great, shipping was so quick, next day delivery to the UK from Sweden! Impressed.

Paid for some shoes. Didn’t receive them as apparently, according to UPS, the paperwork was incomplete.

High quality product bought for dog walks. Good hood provides excellent cover in heavy showers. Deep pockets which are zipped to carry all essentials.

Very comfortable but the white laces look ridiculous so I had to replace them with Navy ones the white tongue also looks silly so I have stained them Navy. Delivery was very prompt, overall nice shoes but hopelessly over priced for what they are, I wouldn't but again.

A great company. The running shoes arrived promptly but I returned as needed another half size larger. Returns very straightforward and received notification quickly when money returned to my account and received the new order quickly. Very pleased with the service and also the running shoes are a very good price and I could afford two instead of one pair! Thank you.

Ordered trainers at 4oc on Sunday they arrive at 9.30 Tuesday morning what a great service so efficient

I bought a pair of Timberland Sprint Trekker Mid Jet Black and after 2 months of wearing the soles started to come off. These are my first Timberlands to come off after such a short period of wear. I don't think they're original. I forgot to mention that from the beginning my right side had a defect in my tongue and my leg hurt when I wore it. After 10 to 12 times of wearing them, they started to not hurt me anymore. Timberland does flawless quality shoes with no defecte.

Fast delivery with good packing. Glad that I bought a very good tennis racket here.
