We have recently purchased a KC registered puppy - and of course the breeder had to transfer ownership into our name . We rang the KC for a 5 generation certificate - Gloria talked the process thoroughly to us - and was absolutely superb . The amount of information the KC hold is frankly amusing

Amanda was most helpful and patient. I’ve been breeding and showing/ trials for 50 years. I am using the KC puppy pack for the first time and had problems with it not printing. Amanda was able to complete the form for me and emailed it as a pdf which I have now printed. Sorry my generation is not as savy as the youngsters. Probably my best experience with KC staff. I have a few medical problems,which sometimes makes it difficult to communicate on telephone, Natalie was amazing, nothing to much trouble to explain things to me ,god bless Natalie I wish all call handlers where like her,5 stars to kennel club for amazing experience

I spoke with Loren about ordering 5 generation pedigrees because I could not do it online due to a problem. Loren was very helpful & took my order & dealt with it immediately. I also received confirmation emails. I was very pleased with her service. Thank you Loren.

The phone was answered quickly. Loren listened carefully to my query and in only a few minutes referred to the correct department and came back with an answer for me. A very courteous and efficient customer service. Keep up the brilliant work

One of my pedigree certs did not arrive. I waited the appropriate length of time then phoned & spoke to Marie. She was very helpful & arranged for a new cert to be sent out. It has arrived today, so I'm happy now. I'm not sure how an A3 item can go missing in the post though.....

Thanks to Gloria we could organise a three generation pedigree as the Web site was daunting to embark on!

Had a problem with the website and lost all my work the night before the woman I contacted to be honest wasn't much help but the reason I gave 5 stars to the review was this morning I got an Earth's Angel called Marie who sorted the problem out giving Me the help and support I needed as tech is not one of My strong points but this young lady sorted out the problem in the way public expect and done a 5 * job in doing so. I have spoken with Loren several times and she is fantastic. She is always really helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

I contacted Loren today to discuss my new litter registration. I had made some errors completing the online form and she got the issues sorted out and puppy registration authorised for me.
