I received my order within 4 days the quality is superb everyone thinks it’s comfortable and very well made definitely would buy from them again

We bought the Roma three seater sofa with two chairs and coffee table. Not the most expensive outdoor furniture but at more than £1,000, not cheap.

This furniture looks nice but is not comfortable to sit on. The seat cushions are very hard (maybe they will soften?) and the backs are quite low. They’re not easy to put together but not that hard - it just takes a long time with lots of fiddly screws.

My main issue is that they provide wood oil with the furniture and instructions with a complicated process for treating the wood en parts (ie most of it). I doubt if you could complete this process in under a couple of days, even if you had nothing else to do, as it involves four (yes four!) repeated processes of sanding and painting with several hours between each coat for drying. This is never mentioned at the buying stage and I certainly would not have bought this set if I’d realised.

I checked the website to see whether it was really necessary to oil the furniture and guess what - if you don’t do it when you first get the furniture and then repeat the process twice a year every year, then the warranty is invalidated.

So we now have expensive, uncomfortable furniture which we can’t return (I’m not disassembling it or trying to re box it!) and which could fall apart any time - just because I’m not prepared to spend that much time doing a job which should have been done by the manufacturer. And if it falls apart it’ll be my problem because the warranty won’t be valid.

I don’t think that’s good - if you’re thinking of buying go somewhere where the job of making the furniture has actually been finished!

Giving two stars because straight out of the box it looks quite nice. In a few months I might wish I hadn’t!

It turns that I don’t have to sand and oil the furniture as it is already coated with a protective layer. That’s good but I’m guessing that if I had sanded it (as the instructions in the box said) I’d have removed the protective coat which is not so good!

But thank you for making that clear and I’ve changed my star rating from 2 to 3. It would be more if the instructions were clearer.

Really delighted with my patio set, it’s ideal for me. Delivery service was great.

Speedy delivery and chairs lovely. Had a slight problem with one , but immediately rectified without question.

What can I say? Royalcraft; what a truly amazing company! I bought a large grey motorised pergola, and it was delivered and swiftly assembled by such an amazing team of three guys; Pav, Simon and Jack. These guys really cared about my property, but more than that my happiness, nothing was too much trouble.
I have always believed that it stems from the top, and the man at the top is Richard; who is the most kind, compassionate, caring person. The liaison with Royalcraft was brilliant. I would highly recommend this company; I am so happy with my large motorised pergola; it has changed my life. Thank you guys so much.

Overall very pleased with the product quality and service received.
We first noticed the furniture set was available from M&S and were just about to buy it when their ordering system was taken offline as a result of the unfortunate cyber attack.
Whilst looking for alternatives I came across the product we wanted direct from Royalcraft… and as a bonus it was over £100 cheaper and free delivery!
Communication throughout the process was excellent and in particular from the delivery partner BJS who in addition were able to resolve an address issue without any input from myself.
Delivery was on time and the delivery team were professional, helpful and polite.
Product was easy to assemble and looks great. We are now enjoying the benefits with the good weather.

Delivery arrived early and they very helpfully agreed to carry the parcels to the summerhouse.

I didnt like the 2 small areas of wood filler and I didn't like having to drill out the fixing holes which were too small but overall I am very pleased with the product, the price and the service so I gave it 4 stars

Stylish garden furniture delivered quickly.
Some construction required, most of which was clearly shown how to do in the diagrams. There were a few fixings that didn't quite line up, so they had to go in on an angle.
Pleased with our purchase.

The online ordering process and delivery of the parasol was straight forward and on time.

The delivery went very smoothly and quickly and we are really pleased with the product. My wife at first straight away loved the chairs but was a bit bothered about the table top being too bright but she has been won over and loves it now after she put a small piece of pottery at its centre.

We've recently taken delivery of the Roma lounge set, matching sun loungers and bistro set. I'm delighted with the furniture, it's beautifully made and looks amazing in our garden. I love that there is such a variety of furniture in the Roma collection. Highly recommend !

I ordered the Napoli Companion Set, which arrived on time and was easy to assemble. However, there was small damage to one of the backrest panels, which was disappointing. Also, some parts of the wood were not sanded down as well as on the two previous pieces of furniture I purchased - it is rough to the touch.
