been a month and my track is STILL under review :/

This is completely unacceptable. My entire catalog suddenly vanished without a trace. I am absolutely fed up with your service this time around. Have you ever been a musician? We musicians—all of us, worldwide—invest a tremendous amount of time and money into crafting a single track. Yet you simply delete them just like that? Bafflingly, they are still present on Spotify. What on earth is actually going on here?!

They say RouteNote is slow to respond its artists but no. They fast respond. And not long wait to distribute the releases. Especially when you respond fast too. I highly recommend RouteNote for new artist to distribute their releases. It took no long for me to distribute my releases. Thank you RouteNote

This streaming service is the absolute worse. Your better off on Bandcamp before you go this route. This was an experiment for me to see how a distribution outlet handles free plans. The site responds slowly. I had to reset my password every single time to log in. They have your songs in review forever to tell you that there are errors to the release that they didn't catch when you submitted them. No artist on any level needs this hassle. They shouldn't even be allowed to have a platform. Their paid plans are horrendous as well.

I can't find the real words to express how Routenote does good things but in few words they are the best distributors in the world 🌎 I'm Burundian and i used Routenote from 2024.and even transactions are hard in Burundi because almost the population of Burundi doesn't have creditcards I used free plan and refer a lot of artists here🤗me i also already got a YouTube official account via Routenote.Routenote is simply wonderful.

Amazing site to release music on - easy to navigate and enter information to.
Uploaded a song and hoping it's up for the 8th June like i selected, would trust RouteNote when fully uploading my album! I see wait times are 27 days but hopefully my song will be out in time!

I have experienced using your platform for music distribution. While I appreciate your fast and helpful responses via email support, I did encounter some delays in the release process of my music, which affected my release schedule and planning.

Additionally, I noticed that some of my tracks only appeared on Spotify but did not show up on YouTube Music as an official Topic channel release, even though my works are fully original and do not contain any copyrighted material or AI-generated content that violates any policies. This has been quite concerning as it affects the consistency of my releases across platforms.

However, I still value the communication and responsiveness from your team in addressing issues and providing updates. I hope future release processes and platform coverage can be more consistent, timely, and reliable across all streaming services.

When i use a royalty free sample they refuse to put my song on instagram and tiktok! I even proved the sample was %100 royalty free by reaching out to their team and sending the documents which was needed to approve the situation! This is unacceptable to me...
