I just love their support, they address your issue on time without wasting time, they are the best very best and i almost went to sound on but those ones don't value nigerians like routenote does.
if you use them i believe you won't regret cause i just love them more.

I've got a paid subscription to Easy Music AI, have spent hours writing all the lyrics to 15 songs and also using AI on other songs for the lyrics, to create original songs, albeit with the help of AI. I just waited about 12 days with a lot of releases In Review and now they are getting rejected because, well, a lot of reasons including bullshit about fraud but also that they can't confirm the ownership of the songs. What use is this site? Don't waste your time!

The costumers Service are good it only takes half a day to get replies
I just wish they're as fast when it comes to approving releases
Other than that it's a good experience overall

RouteNote wasted a huge amount of my time.
I uploaded two original releases, waited through a long “In Review” period, missed the planned release timing, contacted support, and only then received a generic rejection with no specific explanation. After that, they told me they would not accept further releases from my account.
The worst part is not even the rejection itself — it is the delay, the lack of clarity, and the completely non-specific reasoning after weeks of waiting.
If a distributor does not want a release, they should say so quickly and clearly. Keeping releases stuck in review and then rejecting them with a vague template is not acceptable.
Very disappointing experience.

Their customer support is mind-numbingly slow. I sent them an email weeks ago asking them to take an album down and since then they've just sent automated emails back about "Sorry for the delay!", until today they sent me an email asking them to rate my experience with their customer service on TrustPilot so here I am. One star. Their service is too slow to be usable anymore. Just buy DistroKid or something.

Release scheduled with the team UPC 50639xxxx9783, this a month ago.
According too the support release review takes at latest 30 - 32 days, we've exceeded a few days however still in review.. no reply on our emails, no contact.
This distributor became an absolute shame!!! finger to them.
If we don't hear from them within the next 5 business days we'll cancel and proceed with another distribution - unfortunately with extra delays...
09/06/26:
If any earlier duped musicians want to file a civil - we are filing a lawsuit if we will not receive an update within the next 4 business days.

Very disappointing experience.
I submitted my release to RouteNote in good faith and made every effort to ensure that I had the proper rights and documentation required for commercial distribution. After my release was rejected, I contacted support to better understand the reason behind the decision and provided evidence of my Suno Pro subscription, which grants commercial rights to music created during the subscription period. I also supplied proof of my licensed FL Studio Producer Edition, which I used to further edit, arrange, mix, and enhance the track.
Despite providing this documentation, I received only a generic response stating that my content was not suitable for distribution and that my account would no longer be able to submit releases. No specific reason was given, and I was informed that the decision was final and could not be appealed.
I completely understand that distributors must follow strict policies, comply with partner store requirements, and take measures to prevent abuse of their platforms. However, I also believe that artists deserve a reasonable level of transparency when serious actions such as account restrictions or permanent rejections are taken.
What I found most frustrating was the lack of meaningful communication. Without a clear explanation, it is impossible to understand what went wrong, address any concerns, or improve future submissions. Even after providing supporting evidence and requesting clarification in a professional manner, I was not given any additional information.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RouteNote to independent artists who value transparency, communication, and fair treatment from a distribution service.

What I appreciate most about RouteNote is that they offer independent artists a free opportunity to distribute their music worldwide. For artists starting from nothing, this is incredibly valuable and visionary. It gives people with talent, but limited financial resources, a chance to share their work with the world.

This company seemed like a great opportunity to publish my songs on platforms, but recently I have been working for more than 1 year and one of my songs is not being approved and the new songs I have started have passed the release date and I always get late and not positive responses telling me that the workload is too high and we cannot publish any of your future songs with their claim that I am cheating by using other artists' songs and using someone else's rhythms while I send extremely good proofs and they are not approved at all, I have also sent emails to explain that I do not cheat in my songs and OAC work, they have told me that my channel does not meet the requirements when I have achieved everything on the channel just to be verified, simply the support from this company is very poor for any customer.

The service of the RouteNote's Support-Team is great and always they give us a functional solution. The only "problem" is the response time, but OK. Another issue is the platform's login problems. Νevertheless, the RouteNote is a great distributor with the best free plan of the market!

Everything is very complicated and time-consuming in solving your problems with relatives of your songs, deletion, monetization and many other maintenance issues. It’s very bad that the releases that we create RouteNote deletes them from social networks, YouTube and other resources. I think this is the last time I upload my releases on the RouteNote platform, I will now post them on freshtunes.

The Routenote support team helped me explain on reason why got rejection on OAC request. They pointed out bad points on my channel and I could make improvements and resolve my mistakes. thank you so much for supporting me in busy time

Routenote services are great they distribute music on the time stipulated and any issue with the release they respond and handle it well

I made an error publishing my release, then I contacted the support team and it was solved very quickly (just a few days). My song was approved with no issues!

They responded my issue, telling me they’d help me ASAP

Can't really tell anything about their service since they haven't even checked my submitted tracks after 35 days.
I'm on the free plan since I don't pay any distributor anymore that didn't earn my trust.

I recently uploaded music in their platform, 5 songs, it was music intended for Babies, since my child was born... But after more than 30 dyas passed and they said: Sorry, your music was not approved because you want to make money with it". What a redicolus answer! they literally erased my music... I'd rather go with another music platform, terrible service, disgusting platform.
