We’re first time storage users and Craig and Jess made the whole process easy and seamless as well as offering fair prices. We joined when there was a special on for 3 months. They took us on a walk through and showed us different sized units to help us figure out what our needs were. All in all, we had a great and easy experience.

Long term storage.
Where able to get a unit when needed. Staff very friendly and helpful.Easy to use with 24 hour access. Trolleys to help get to the storage unit. Price is ok only issue was having to pay extra for insurance. It seems very safe so I am confused by that.

In relation to storage protection, while our facilities are designed with strong security measures, we can’t control every possible circumstance such as unforeseen events or what others may store. For that reason, protection is offered as an option so customers can choose what suits their belongings and peace of mind. Many customers already have cover under their home and contents insurance, while others prefer the additional protection.
If you’d ever like to talk it through, our team is always happy to help.

Roomia Springfield were terrific and I strongly recommend them. A great place to store with 24/7 access. Have moving supplies onsite. A downsizer who was doing renovations at the same time. I was able to place items in storage. I started off with a 3mx2m unit great for garage & shed items. Took out a larger unit 3mx6m for furniture. A Roomia van (booking applies) to bring items into storage was so helpful and you can do this at your own pace. Helped with the sell, give away and keep process too. It was an exceptional process, Both Craig and Jessica were amazing, good sense of humour whilst being professional. Made to feel like a person and not a unit number which is rare these days. Exceptional customer service really deserve 10 stars

Well organised, accessible and self contained.
Roomia made storing my items less stressful! The app is easy to use, the trolleys are super convenient, and the whole system is well organised and self-contained. It’s also more affordable than other storage companies.
