I have had such positive experience with the staff at Roomia from the start. The advice I have received as to which storage size I might need to the adjustments I required later, followed by finding help to offload the truck and so on. Great service all round. Thank you!

Very clean and moving was easy due to the elevator and trolleys and wide walk ways. Very secure. Only downside they are a bit on the expensive side of things

Even though one of our porters inadvertently caused damage to the door when moving our large pallets inside, the manager very kindly acknowledged this and agreed to quickly repair the door (instead of holding us liable for the damage).
