The lift at this location is a goods lift designed specifically for safely moving furniture and larger items, which can make it operate a little differently to a standard passenger lift. We do understand it can feel slower at busy times and appreciate your patience while using the facility.

Great Experience and perfect location
From the start my experience with whole process it was very good and the staff were fantastic and helpful.
The unit was a great size and used it for 3 years. So convenient to get the extra space before leaving for overseas.
Thank you for the great experience and safety of my goods.

It was easy to book/reserve a unit
It was easy to book/reserve a unit. Friendly service.The only drawback is the Genie entry app I tried four times to get it to work and failed, the staff also tried. The app download ok and you update your data ok but when you press the button on the app to open the gate it comes up as an error. This is an important feature if you're in a normal vehicle you can easily enter your passcode into the keypad. However, if you are in a truck you need to get out of the truck to enter the passcode.
