The service from Michael and Jenny was first class. Very easy to set everything up and free Roomia van for moving my stuff into storage was a great bonus. Storage facility is very clean and some handy packing items for sale from office.

I had a fantastic experience with Roomia Self Storage in Beverley over the past 8 months. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access—but what really made it stand out were the staff. Michael and Jenny were absolutely wonderful to deal with—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They always took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Roomia again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing storage!

A very convenient location close to the CBD. They have different size units which you can select depending on your storage needs.

Everything was quick and easy. eg, setting up, access, ending use.
Staff were excellent, very helpful and understanding.
Access hours are fantastic.
Facilities excellent. I need a toilet to access and also a Trolley to move things in and out often.
Will definately use Roomia again.

A Steep Learning Curve. Pitfalls of upstairs unit and how to be better organised. Get experienced storage movers.
Booking in process was easy but unit location was upstairs and a long way from lift. We did not realise we were not allowed to use the lift ourselves and had to walk up the stairs and down a long passage every time we had a load to store. We’re over 70 and it was onerous for us. A bit of a learning experience. Our movers were not good at organising our unit. We learned a lot about what yo do next time.
