Excellent skylights
We are really pleased with our 2m x 1m framed skylights. They are very good quality with a nice finish. We did have a bit of an issue with delivery, but the company sorted it out for us very quickly. Excellent service.

Mo's service is absolutely brilliant
Mo's service is absolutely brilliant. It is remarkable that, although we had to cancel our order owing to our builder's warranty rules, he was transparent, thoroughly helpful, friendly and not difficult at all in arranging the refund for us. In short, this is company that feels safe to deal with. I can certainly recommend them in terms of their service. If we find a suitable product with them, we will definitely come back.

Truly excellent service. We have been renovating and have been used to delays, poor service, delivery and product issues across the board so it was refreshing to have Mo sort our replacement skylight so efficiently and even arrange an earlier delivery than expected. Highly recommended!

Fast delivery and great product.
Only slight downside was the double sided tape they used to stick each layer together had not been fully peeled so had big chunks of yellow on it, luckily you can only see from the roof and not from any first floor windows

My order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, came next day but was only informed after the event so had no one to check condition.
The overall service from the supplier was very good. But their hauliers let them down badly causing unnecessary expense to me.
Impressed with the roof lights, price ,quality and supplier. But overall experience not as good as I hoped.

In the second half of last year we were facing issues with third party transport companies due to national driver shortages across the UK. The situation has improved since and we’ve seen significant improvement from the same transport company.
