After quite a bit of research on roof lanterns for my garden room build, I decided to shop with Rooflights & Roof Lanterns because the reviews were good, the products were reasonably priced and (most importantly) the online documentation was excellent.
Ordering was really simple via the website and a well packaged, top quality product was delivered just 2 days later.
Installation was simple thanks to the great documentation and it looks amazing.
After-sales service was top notch too.

Purchased a roof window. Fast delivery and the window and frame are well made, and easy to fit with fixings supplied.

I had purchased a rooflight from Rooflights & Roof Lanterns due to the quick delivery time and I wasn't disappointed. It was quick & easy to get my order processed and delivery was as promised with a call an hour beforehand.
What was brilliant was that I placed a second order, called up to have it rushed then was told the following day a second rooflight would not be approved by building control. I called, left a message, Mo got back to me straight away and sorted so it was cancelled and I wasn't charged.

I think it's a good idea to put fragile on your items as the two boxes my windows came in looked a bit squashed fortunately the windows were not damaged but the driver said there was wood stacked on top of them so I was lucky apart from that the domes were fine

The service was great, window fitted perfectly and the guys said it was easy to install.

Skylight not in yet but looks good. Really good customer service.. If I called them they would call back if engaged at time. Only fault is that the delivery driver said he would call an hour before delivery but that didn't happen.

Was unsure about ordering a product like this over the internet, but my doubts were eased when my two roof lights arrive and were well packaged and were just as described and appear to be a quality product.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size on the web, and next day the guys were amazing at sorting it out for me. They maintained the same 3 day delivery and just charged me the difference. No cancellation / restocking / admin charges etc. Great customer service.
