Very good , brought on line delivered in coupel of days , and good windows

I bought two roof lights about a month ago, they are just impressive. Delivery was very quick. Builder will fit once flat roof is complete, will come back with a full review. I was impressed with the look of roof lights why today I ordered Korniche Bi-Fold doors. Impressed they were very reasonably priced.

Good quality fixed roof light. Delivered promptly as promised, fairly priced. There were no issues with installation.

Happy with the roof lantern. Customer service was ok. Only thing I wasn't happy with was I had paid 150 for delivery and was told there would be no help unloading and also I could not have Saturday delivery. I understand this isn't standard however with the price of the delivery service, i think it should be included. Product was packaged well and arrived on time. Driver rang me on the morning to give a time he would arrive and he arrived to the minute on time. Overall good experience.

Friendly company with good prices on rooflights. I ordered three in total and they are all installed and still going well. Simple to design for, and to install, even as a DIYer.

Only hiccup (and so four stars, though would go 9/10) was delivering the wrong roof light once, but they redelivered the right one quickly and without any fuss.

I didn't have to chase delivery. After not hearing anything for a few days I got in touch with customer services (Max) who was very good he gave me all the information I required, along with updates.

The website is quite straightforward to operate.

Excellent quality and value. Mot the cheapest, but certainly the best quality for the money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The good reviews are FALSE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU & NOT CALL YOU BACK. First they sent the wrong product, and after installing the correct product, a fault developed, and despite their warranty they never refunded or repaired the fault but wanted to sell us the faulty part again! PLEASE REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS!

The product is an excellent design, great service, the goods were packaged extremely well and delivery was prompt with good communication.

My Lantern was delivered really quickly and on the day driver rang 1hr before, packaging was brilliant easy to construct definitely would recommend also was £400 cheaper than another company for exactly the same item

It was difficult to make contact by phone initially, but once order was placed I received regular updates and times given for delivery.
The driver was lovely and very helpful. The roof lantern itself looks great and was straightforward to fit. Very pleased with product and delivery !!!

This is the second rooflight I have bought from the company. Once I had chosen a delivery date I received reminders to help me prepare for the delivery. This was made on the agreed date and time, with the driver contacting me an hour before arrival. The driver was helpful and we unloaded the skylight safely.
