They transferred my account to them, and it takes forever to speak to a human. They have AI that refuses to let you speak with someone and even hangs up on you. If you finally do get to speak to someone, it's after 6 min or more of trying to get AI to do what you ask. Representatives can't complete the request because the systems are down or not working properly. Representatives say they want to help, but do not. I had an overage in escrow because their website said I had a shortage in big red letters, even though I had already paid the shortage. They didn't adjust it. When they finally reanalyzed, they wouldn't take the overage into account and mailed a paper check.

The communication was prompt and informative through out the whole process. I have never had a better lending experience.
Rocket Morgage is garbage. My loan got moved THREE times and I thought it was on auto-pay and it wasn't and they REFUSED to give me a goodwill adjustment even though I have a perfect payment history besides that one "late payment".
They said "Altering reported information — even as a goodwill gesture — would constitute inaccurate reporting and a misrepresentation of actual account events, which we are not able to do." That's a LIE because they CAN give a goodwill adjustment, they just don't care about their customers enough to do so. I wouldn't recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone ever. AND it took my 2 months to hear back from there. Terrible customer service and terrible care for their customers.

Purchased my mortgage, did not provide adequate notice regarding insurance change requirements (while sending a letter saying they did), changed my payment and will not respond to calls. Insurance information was sent from the company with proof of coverage and change in loss payee information. Rejected by Rocket Mortgage and still will not answer calls. Moving forward to filing official complaint and taking further action.

I have been working with them for 5 months. Twice they said everything was ready to go and they set closing only to be canceled the day before because they didn't have all the documents. Now I'm sitting in purgatory everything is expired they've called my work three separate times for verification of employment. They keep pulling my credit which is causing a ding. At this point they're causing more harm than good. I just wish if they can't close the loan they would just cut me loose. I'm ready to file a consumer complaint.

Rocket just acquired my loan and they are a disaster! Impossible to connect with a real person but after an hour I did and they could not solve any issues and transferred me back to the AI system. I asked for a supervisor and was told it would take 3-5 days for someone to return my call. The transfer of my loan was not complete and they failed to pay my insurance from my escrow account. In addition, after several attempts to set up my online account I finally gave up because the systems was not working properly.

With an 811 Credit Rating and owning 2 homes outright and a great savings and pension they turned me away cause I could not produce a Insurance Policy on the 2nd property which is a rental, I'm completely lost!!! Many hours of wasted time!!!

My Experience was very smooth. Whenever I had any questions all I had to do was reach out to Christian. He really took care of me throughout this entire process. I’m very thankful.
I have been charged for my mortgage from two different bank accounts for three consecutive months. I have tried to fix this issue through my account on the website, and although it shows that the change has been made, I am still being charged from both accounts.
I have also attempted to call the phone number provided multiple times a day, at different hours, and every time I get the same message saying that all representatives are busy and that I should resolve the issue through the website. This has been extremely frustrating, especially since the website is clearly not working as it should.
This experience is nothing like Mr. Cooper, which was far more reliable and responsive. I am very disappointed with the service from this company. I do not feel confident or comfortable continuing to work with them.

Response time was fast. Notifications available to keep you in the loop of everything that is happening to your loan and what’s needed (if any). Ivan was very helpful, friendly and thorough. He got the loan paperwork rolling immediately after speaking with me.
Wow, hung up on ignored, not listened to, insulted, blows my mind. Selling my home, payoff was produce with the worng date, not help, no resolve. Ignored and hung up on. When I get a mortgage next time, never will use them again. UNBELIEVABLE

Our Rocket agent Nathan Maselli, was awesome and made us feel comfortable in this transaction. We stayed informed through every step and appreciated being able to contact him with every concern!
I didn't love that I had to deal with different loan officers. It made the process more difficult as I had to re-explain things over and over again. I was forced to close a line of credit at the end of the process that was not disclosed earlier, I had agreed to pay it off but did not want to close it. You agreed to pay off several creditors and then turned arpund and sent me the checks to turn around and have to send onward..why did you not pay them directly like you did the line of credit? Now the checks are for over the amount so I need to wait for refunds. I have to spend my time finding out where to send these and to whom etc, this should have been a seamless process.

I was told that once closing was finished everything would be processed that day. Well it hasn’t. I was not told to stop payments because it was going to take over a week after closing. This has been a slow and clunky process.

Good rates, timely communication with lead loan officers.
Scheduling of both appraisal and closing was challenging. Would highly recommend to review scheduling communication and protocols. I had moved my meetings and appointments where for the appraisal, we had a no show on the day to discover he didn't realize he had an appointment when I called his cell an hour after. He arrived day later on Saturday. With closing, the notary was also late where she advised having appointments scheduled too close which did not include any time for travel. Both people were polite and professional when they arrived, but the lack of communication affirming appointments was frustrating.
