They made everything so easy. The process was fast and everyone was friendly and helpful

Horrible experience in the end. I was purchasing a new home and chose Rocket as the lender. My real estate agent warned me, but I went with Rocket anyway. Everything seemed good up until close to the closing date. We were in contact constantly and I made sure to get them all the info needed immediately when requested. The week before my closing date, they stated they were no longer able to proceed with the loan. Nothing had changed on my end. The info they had was the same info they had from the beginning. They left me high and dry and I had to scramble to get a new lender. As I was told and chose to ignore, Choose a different Lender! Don't make the same mistake I did.

While the speed of the process and customer service was excellent the home equity loan quote I received was a joke.
Double the closing costs from SOFI and the interest rate was more than 2% points higher. Ridiculous as both my wife and I have over 800 plus credit scores.
Absolutely a waste of my time.

Rocket Mortgage believed in me and even with a low score they help me make it happen.

Am so disappointed with Rocket mortgage, its representatives are thieves, in disguise. Double check after making any transaction with them. I made a payment for April, they charged my bank April and May, when I called they let me know I authorized the payment therefore it’s nothing they can do,

I called my bank and stopped both payments. The name “ROCKET” is not for nothing, they are true ROCkERTIZE.

It all went very smoothly. Our rocket agent, Yoselin, was readily available for phone calls and responded quickly. I had a snafu happened with my banking account during this process and they were very understanding and expeditious in our closing.
