I was able to secure loan, but I wish checks would have been mailed to creditors instead of us having to get a bill from creditors and not being able to take checks to creditors, it’s taking creditors a long time just to deliver statements

I understand how frustrating it is to receive paper checks and having to mail them out. The reason it is done this way is because we obtain the information from your credit report and it does not always have the complete account number on the report. Also, your credit report does not always have the billing address, as the corporate address is the one listed most of the time. Having you send out the checks is the best way to ensure the proper debts are paid off and sent to the correct place.

Horrible experience in the end
Horrible experience in the end. I was purchasing a new home and chose Rocket as the lender. My real estate agent warned me, but I went with Rocket anyway. Everything seemed good up until close to the closing date. We were in contact constantly and I made sure to get them all the info needed immediately when requested. The week before my closing date, they stated they were no longer able to proceed with the loan. Nothing had changed on my end. The info they had was the same info they had from the beginning. They left me high and dry and I had to scramble to get a new lender. As I was told and chose to ignore, Choose a different Lender! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Ridiculous quote
While the speed of the process and customer service was excellent the home equity loan quote I received was a joke.
Double the closing costs from SOFI and the interest rate was more than 2% points higher. Ridiculous as both my wife and I have over 800 plus credit scores.
Absolutely a waste of my time.

Am so disappointed with Rocket…
Am so disappointed with Rocket mortgage, its representatives are thieves, in disguise. Double check after making any transaction with them. I made a payment for April, they charged my bank April and May, when I called they let me know I authorized the payment therefore it’s nothing they can do,
I called my bank and stopped both payments. The name “ROCKET” is not for nothing, they are true ROCkERTIZE.
