There is no place on the site to cancel, was entered into a subscription that I didn't know about and told that it was my problem. Cant seem to cancel the service and they don't seem bothered about it! They'll take your money and not bother- really shady to not offer a way of cancelling on the site. Customer service takes days to respond and then reply with generic unhelpful advice. They dotn even respond to these reviews! Run in a very shady way where they don't value customer loyalty at all.

To be honest, I was pretty positive about this one since I started. However, after the first week, I already wanted to cancel. For the amount of 7GBP per meal you pay, you can get so much better food out there. I think the quality is not worth it at all. In addition, It has been 4 days already since I am trying to contact customer service to cancel my subscription and still nothing. Really unsatisfied. I honestly think the food is prepared with the poorest quality ingredients. I was expecting so much more!

BAD BAD BAD. Food was off when it arrived, customer services blaming ME!! IMPOSSIBLE to cancel on website. This company is a scam and take AGES to reply to emails!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

The food was pretty nice. However the website makes it impossible to cancel
the subscription if your circumstances change which I think is unethical. Especially as they market it as easy to skip and cancel.

Is this company a joke? Bland, tasteless and cheap in quality. On top of this you can’t unsubscribe. Avoid this like a stomach ache.

I subscribed to these guys after they hounded me with phone calls and text messages after I had enquired about prices. I ordered 10 meals, only 9 arrived.
We opened and tried three out of 9 and they were as bad, if not worse, as each other.
The butter chicken was as dry as it could get, absolutely no sauce included.
The jerk chicken was definitely not jerk chicken. It was plain grilled chicken and totally tasteless.
The prawn paella was a joke! It had the cheapest, smallest and chewiest prawns I’d ever eaten in my life. Cheap ingredients and terrible cooking!
To top it off, the meat in each meal smelled like it had gone off.
It was impossible to get a Response from these fame hungry clowns. Too busy uploading reels to ‘reel’ more naive customers in...? I finally managed to cancel after sending various dms, texts and emails. They had received a lot of negative comments on Google reviews so I think the rebrand was very strategic. Avoid simmer eats at all costs!!!

Easily the best meal prep service. All the meals are delicious and filling. Plus can be frozen and have a long “use by” date. Lots of choice each week and the process from selection to delivery is super easy with very little effort needed. Absolutely nothing to fault!

Used to love them and the food. Subscription is impossible to cancel, they keep deducting money from my account despite me personally emailing them to cancel.
They do not respond via email or any other contact channels.
For the reason stated above and the absolute useless customer service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

AVOID. Dry and expensive food. With no phone number and ignored emails, the subscription is impossible to cancel. I've had to do it through my bank. I always like to give a small, independent business a chance but this was a big mistake.

I wanted my meals sorted for me for a while and RNS really matched my needs. Really tasty vegan options and every meal made with TLC. Highly recommend!

The BEST meal prep service I have had. I currently order while on tour and cooking facilities are limited and RNS meals have allowed me to keep on track food wise while fuelling me. Thank you!!

I used RNS meals and feel frustrated as I have changed the location which sent a delivery to my pervious location, I tried to reach out view email and also social media which I had no response. I also skipped a week, which the system changed and charged me.

I couldn’t not find any options to cancel also there is no direct contact number and recently the food hasn’t been as great either hence my reason for skipping weeks.

I am really disappointed with my overall experience.

I could not be more impressed with rns meals. From how easy it is to order and pick meals, the delivery service and how god dam tasty they are!
I’ve always struggled with food anxiety, constantly punishing myself for eating “bad” foods but these meals are changing that for me and I couldn’t be more grateful! I’m happier, healthier and not reaching for the snacks!

Just started using RNS again after pausing my account & I am so glad I did! It’s just the best for keeping you on track & preventing you from eating rubbish all week - couldn’t live without them now. Not to mention the fact the meals are unreal & I love the fact you can eat them fresh ALL WEEK now 👏🏻 Keep killing it guys.

10/10 vegan meals. It’s so rare to find a meal delivery service that puts just as much thought & effort into their vegan offering as they do their meat offering - but I’ve been really impressed with the selection from RNS. The Aubergine Curry with yoghurt sauce is probably my favourite, a must try!

Such a great experience - quick service, really helpful customer service and the most amazing food. Would 100% recommend.

I’ve been purchasing RnS meals for over a month now and been really loving it! I’ve found the team extremely helpful with a few things I had questions about and needed to email, and really quick to respond. The meals are really nutritious and tasty and cater to me really well as a vegetarian!

New chef is amazing!! Meals taste great. It is so awesome being able to just grab a well balanced meal out of the fridge, microwave it and eat.
